This was first time for me to use this service and was excellent for me, earlier i was thinking how I can make parking near Heathrow airport, now after this experience feel comfortable.

We will definitely use again, in comparison to other similar Car Parks, Flightpath was by far the best.

I followed the sat nav and the directions on the website.Very eay to find.Carpark was well lit and obstacle free. Bus was waiting for you to board quick transfer time.Had to wait for it to arrive but was within the 15 mins stated.All in all a very good experience would definbately recommend and use again

This car park is so close to the airport which is a great benefit. The service especially the transfer when we arrived back was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Outward journey excellent, but on return we waited 40 minutes in cold at bus stop 5 for transfer bus.

Easy to book, easy to find and park, coach to terminal and back punctual. Price very good, will use this service again.

It as very convenient for Terminal 3 and very easy to locate. Transfers were speedy and prompt. I would recommend it to anyone and will certainly use it again.

I didn't know what to expect as the price was considerably cheaper than competitors, therefore I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive efficient service. I will definitely use NCP Flightpath again.

Couldn't be easier. Bit tricky to find but instructions on email are excellent so follow them and you will not go wrong. Very efficient service; wouldn't hesitate to use again

I was pleased with the service. Booking was simple, we didnt wait a long time for transfers. I managed to lose my ticket but when I called them there was someone in the office to help me and it was resolved quickly and I was on my way home in no time. Perfectly satisfied, does what it says on the tin.

Easy process, drive in drive out. Had to wait for a little longer than expected for return journey.

All went well on my way out but on returning to bus stop 22 at 6.10 am on Saturday morning - in the cold wind and rain - I waited with two other passengers for just short of 1/2 hour for the transfer bus. I phoned the office twice to find out why the delay, to be told that the bus was on its way and perhaps it was delayed by airport traffic - there was no such delay! At the office the gentleman running the reception said that he would report the delay to his superior.

Could not believe our close it was to the terminal will use them again

The Car park was easy to find and very close to the airport. The changeover was quick and efficient and we were at the airport in no time. The pick up was very quick and efficient and we were on our way very quickly. overall a good experience and one i would recommend to others.

easier to find than i expected.helpful staff & quick transfers because car park is closer to terminals than onsite long stay.will use again.

I had very short waits for the bus, both leaving and arriving. No snags at all.

Notable thanks to the staff member who, on finding my rear window partially open, covered it with a plastic bag and tape. My car was parked during very windy and wet weather.

If you book and pay online you just drive in and drive away on your return. No checking in or out procedures. Very efficient and probably one of the least expensive car parks around Heathrow. It is also probably the closest car park to terminals 1 to 3 and the transfer buses run continuously. Very good value.
