The service was easy and as described on the email that was sent out with the booking. Only small issue was that I had to go to customer service (handily located by the exit) to get my ticket authorised for exit. However, this was only a small issue. I have used Parking express before and I will use Simply Parking/Parking Express again.

When we got to the car park we were told it was fully booked, however the staff on hand told us it was not a problem and provided us with upgrade vouchers for another car park (nearer the terminal). It was very straightforward and staff were on hand and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

We were slightly apprehensive as we chose parking express purely as it was the cheapest. The cark was easy to find, only had to wait a couple of minutes for bus (arriving and departing). All in all a very good service, we will definatley use the company again and high recomend it to others.

The signage is a little unclear if you've never been there before. However, after you find the place, you realise that it's so large and so obviously that really it would be very hard to miss! The bus to and from the airport was very good. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes to get transfered to the airport on the way out, but on the way back a bus appeared right outside the Terminal building in less than 2 minutes. Value for money was also very good. There were three of us travelling, so it worked out much cheaper that having to bother with trains, taxi's etc... All in all a very good experience. I expect I will use simply again, and would be happy to recommend them to others. Thanks!

Service was OK - remember to write down cars location as you get no help and no allocated space. If you just miss a bus then be prepared for 15-20 minute wait for the next. Despite pre-booking and paying, exit barrier would not operate until I had checked the ticket with the car park office, necessitating a further delay. On the plus side it is only a 6-8 minute bus ride to Terminal Four!

The main car park was too full and so I was upgraded to a nearer car park. The staff both at the car park were very helpful and the bus drivers similarly most helpful and offered to carry one of my heavy bags onto the bus. I will definately be using you again.

Booking on line saved me over £50 which was great but with the regular bus service there was no hanging around in the cold... it was straight to and from car or terminal, ... one less travel worry is always good,...i'll definately book again and would recommend parking express

buses were very good, transfers were quick and regular. only issue was i had pre booked and the ticket didnt validate on exit so i had to reverse back to the customer service desk for them to correctly valida it which was fine because there were no cars queueing behind me to get out. would use again definitely

This car park represents good value overall. It has good directions, and the staff are helpful in their approach to customers. Found that the parking of cars close together however meant that people were able to pass through spaces but there was little or no space to wheel through baggage and that strollers were next to impossible. Meant having to walk down to the end of the line(which can be distance) and then walking alongside the oncoming traffic. Hardly an ideal situation. Car park would be better if they did not allow parking in front of the bus collection point and made sure that this line extended out to the length of the car park. Price is reasonable - just make sure that you book well in advance to obtain the best prices and do your research on alternatives to obtain the best prices.

I travelled with my daughter. It was pitch black when we arrived and I felt the parking area (D53/54) could have been better lit. There was not a soul about - no one to ask questions or guide when coming in. Having said that, it was fairly easy to find a space, the bus driver was helpful and I got to the terminal easily. Coming back we had a bit of a wait but not too bad. Would be useful to have buses with low platforms - tricky to lug on luggage.

Having prebooked and prepaid I arrived to find cars being diverted to Pink Elephant as you were full up! Problem was that I was leaving from Terminal 3 and returning to Terminal 4 which is not served by Pink Elephant. I pointed this out to your staff who then let me in ... but I was not issued with a ticket. On return from holiday I could not exit, had to go to the customer services building where initially I was asked to pay! I pointed out that I had already paid. I then had to find my booking form which was then photocopied and then I was issued with a ticket to exit. So, although the staff were pleasant enough, had I not pointed out that Pink Elephant did not handle Terminal 4, I would have been very inconvenienced, never mind all the inconvenience of no tciket, photocopying etc. Still, I guess these things happen and we were not too upset!

My experience was excellent, I found the car park easily and parking was straight forward, the bus was there almost immediately to transfer me to aiport. Return was even quicker. Would highly recommend. Only con, is that it could be a bit cheaper, but considering the hassle free experirnce it was worth it

Very easy to find and buses for Terminals 1,2 and 3 are quite regular (buses for T4 are not as regular - so if you're not flying long haul e.g./ KLM to Holland - make sure you allow plenty of time for the transfer otherwise you might find you run out of time!). Easy to find the buses from the terminals back ot the car. Would use them again.

It was raining on my return just missed a bus and took the next bus a further 23 minutes to arrive, I had book on line but when I check in the system couldn't find me, had to park up in the rain and cross to the office to get ticket stamped to leave!!!

I was tired when we returned. I did not know how we were going to get an exit ticket when we had prepaid. Went to the customer service desk and the women was indifferent bordering on rude. Could not find my booking and clearly didn't believe me or care about me. Managed to find e-mail confirmation and she then reluctantly let me out but without ever suggesting that I was right and her system was wrong. If she worked in my company she'd get the sack.

It was straightforward to book, easy to find and the transfers were smooth. However on leaving, it wasn't entirely clear whether I should go straight to the barrier with my ticket or I should report to customer services first. But I would use it again.

Car park was safe and at about £80 for 7 days not bad value - you can pay more at Railway stations. Transfers were quick and easy. Two things took a long time - one was actually finding a space to park in, the second was leaving the car park - Once you have driven to the exit, you need to re-park and present pre-paid voucher in the admin block - its wasn't really clear where you could park your car for this purpose.. I used pink elephant last time and they have a more simple & quick drive through system.

Once at the car park the signage was clear and concise. Very well spaced out parking facilities with absolutely loads of buses available for transfer - whole experience took no more than 10 minutes!!! Great service and will definately book again for our next trip. Thanks

Buses only pick up & drop off at bus stops, so I had a long walk back to my car in the rain when I came back. Seemed to wait a long longer than the 10-12 mins claimed for the bus in the first place. Had to go into Customer Services to get my ticket processed (even though it was pre-booked) and young man behind counter was serving another customer, being very rude with him & was then very abrupt with me - not ususal level of customer service I'd expect! Overall, not bad value for money given its on site and good car park.

I was quite confused about what to do with my parking ticket. I didn't know if I had to validate it again with my cc or not. Perhaps some instructions on the parking ticket that no further 'validation is necessary would help others! Otherwise you drive to the beam not sure whether it will open!
