Close to the terminals, easy to use, with very clear and easy to follow signs at Heathrow Airport. Parking Express is the best!

Although I have used them several times on our return journey we were dropped at the wrong area as the driver did not know where our G7 stop was and were left trying to find correct area. Fortunately another driver picked us up and dropped at correct zone.

It took me nearly an hour from parking to arrive at Terminal 3. I thought the advantage and premium cost of parking on site would mean shorter time. I also found that for my length of stay if I had paid on the day it was 90p cheaper than booking in advance online.

We arrived and waved to the bus as we were approaching the bus stop from behind but the driver ignored us! We waited at least 15 minutes for the next bus. On the return, the bus was very crowded. It was only 8pm but I don't think the frequency of the buses is 10 mins. However, all went well overall. Thank you.

I think it should be pointed out that you are expected to get from Terminal 2 to 4 which seems a never ending journey with luggage. If you can be dropped off at the terminal you require, then you should be able to be collected from the terminal of your arrival.

Basically, I'll use Parking Express again - Need I say more!

Simply Parking gave easy to follow directions on how to find the car park and the simple procedures to follow on arrival and departure. All in all this is car parking at its easiest.

Biggest advantages: Didn't have to wait long for transfer bus, no minibus & trailer on airport, don't have to leave keys.

The experience was positive and without fuss except that it took a while to find the bus stop at Heathrow and the attendant was unpleasant at the exit. Having been on a long haul flight from a country with polite and helpful people, this was a very bad advert for England.

An easy and prompt service contributed to a good start & end to our holiday. It would be nice to have a driver who interacts a little with the customer.

Parking Express was good value for money and very easy to find within the Heathrow Airport grounds, as Heathrow itself can be quite daunting. When entering the car park, I found the layout a little confusing but eventually found a space right by the exit. I will definitely use this car park again when travelling from Heathrow Airport.

Pre-booking only when we arrived - glad we were organised! (It was half term hence really busy). Bus transfers were within 5 minutes both ways and the driver was happy to help. Would recommend Parking Express.

Our arrival and parking was simple and direct. Transfer to the terminal via the bus was instantaneous, and the same speed on our return. Could be a little better sign posted from the main road. I would say that booking on-line is good value for money!
