We had a slight problem finding a parking spot, as the car park was almost full. But once we parked the car, we got a transfer bus immediately. And on our return, we were lucky to find a bus had just pulled in.

Where we were supposed to park was not very clearly indicated around parking and we were unable to find our way from a particular area to our designated parking area but were told not to worry by staff. Overall experience very good and we will certainly use this facility again.

Driver swung by the stop without stopping to check that I was waiting just inside the waiting room door which is right by the stop. I shouted and he stopped for me but given he had an empty bus I would have thought he should have stopped ot check if anyone was waiting or approaching the stop.

After a lengthy flight back from Australia the car had a flat battery. Called the number on the back of the card, the car was jump started and we were on our way. Excellent service. Would definetley recommend and use again !

We came off at the junction suggested in the information printed off the website and ended up going round all terminals and spending 30 minutes finding the place. When I called the office staff for directions they were very helpful and stayed on the phone guiding me to the parking. Location is secure and waited 8-10 mins each time for bus. Shame driver on return from holiday could not do anything else but grunt - does a smile cost that much? Overall very good and will be using again.

On arrival at 0700 hours we politely informed by the Parking Express staff at the entrance that the car park was full. They gave us an upgrade to the Pink Elephant, with directions. On our return the bus was prompt. Had no problems with parking and will definately use them again.

We waited three quarters of an hour at the designated bus stop 3 at terminal 1 Heathrow airport. I telephoned to be told that this bus stop had not been used for 9 months and that the website was wrong!! The cost of £120 for 8 days for this sort of service is not good.

The car park was very well signposted, on arrival the carpark was full but we were upgraded & directed straight to a business carpark nearer the terminal, there were no problems when we came to pick the car up or in getting from the terminal back to the carpark.

All was very smoothe with parking express - we will use the service again for sure! Friendly and helpful staff, good transfers and bus stops (with shelter) were close to the car. Had a lot of luggage and two small children so very impressed with how well it went.

Once we had found the car park at a stupid time of 6.30am we just had to take a ticket from the entry point, a camera records your registration number and prints it on the ticket. Parking is easy, plenty of spaces and within less than 5mins a bus arrived to take us to the airport. No problems on return either, just use the ticket to drive out. I prefer these types of car parks, as you get to park your own car in a space that suits - don't like someone else (who more than likely moves the drivers seat) parking my vehicle for me!

The signposting and directions to the parking facility were not great. Its difficult to go wrong however they could still be better. The directions in the car park were slightly misleading and perhaps a little difficult to understand as we were unsure as to where we were supposed to park

We have used this carpark before and like it. Easy to find and book. Well lit and secure. Transfers to and from terminals are frequent and fast. The new buggies taking you from your car to the bus stops are a great idea. A pity that stress levels can't be reduced in the same way once you've entered the terminal building!

I found the directions straightforward and the shuttle service was very efficient. I was pleased that I could leave my vehicle in perfect safety while I was away for two weeks and it relieved my mind of a lot of concern.

The Bus driver on our return to terminal 3 on Christmas Day saw me running to the bus stop but decided not to stop and continue driving which meant another 20 minutes wait which doesn't make smile on the 25th!!! Everything else was fine

The whole experience was easy, efficient and good value for money. The staff who go round the carpark offering help were brilliant!

Our ticket said go to bus stop 1 to get back to the car park. We went to this bus stop only to stand there for 10 minutes before we asked someone. Actually our bus picked up from bus stop 2 and this was around the corner out of view. A minor problem and we will use the service again.

Excellent sized carpark with plenty of spaces and clear signs for areas that were full.The coach drivers were very helpful and went out their way to help which was a great bonus to the whole experience.Normally getting to the airport from the carpark is stressful but not this time.First class service.Will be sure to use on my next visit to the airport.Congratulations on having such a reliable company.

The instructions were very precise & the car park was easy to find, the buses are frequent & we didn't have a very long wait to be taken to the airport & to be taken back to the car. This is the 2nd time we have used express parking & we are very pleased with the service offered & would not hesitate to use them again

On arrival, the barrier did not issue the correct ticket for our departure and we had to find the customer services office to change the ticket to allow us to get out of car park. Customers Services immediately sorted this out without any fuss. So well done them.

Clear instructions to find the place, very easy to park, quick to transfer to Terminal 3 and back. Got to keep my car keys (you never know where you car might end up otherwise). Couldn't fault the service and speed. We will certainly use them again.
