Excellent service, easy to find car park, parked next to bus stop, waited two minutes for bus which dropped us outside the terminal. On return, waited for five minutes for bus which dropped us by our car for an all inclusive price which was cheaper than a cab..Can't beat that!

Given it is supposed to be onsite on the airport, it took longer than specified to get to the parking.

There was no signs to tell you where to wait for the bus, in fact myself and three other unconnected passengers were told by airline crew that we were waitng at the crew pickup point instead of the public one.

Very happy with the service. Bus drivers were informative and polite and the regular buses meant the waiting time was limited. Only problem i encountered was the roadworks - which were sorted with good diversions.

Unclear where to park. Transfer was hit and miss, someone had to get a taxi at £14. On return the place was very dark and the surfaces uneven. I and a number of others could not find where to pay to get out. One customer was very angry, but all were frustrated. The place needs clear signage, a system, and staff need to go on customer service courses. Bus drivers should ask if people are left waiting, the way to the payment / cusomer service office should be lit, clear and evident from all angles, especially from the car park! Unlit wire temporary fences at night on uneven surfaces are dangerous.

Very secure and convenient as near airport (only about 10 mins on bus). Very clear directions (only made harder to find due to roadworks and diversions). Very well lit and staff available to help if needed.

Good service, easy on-line booking and don't have to wait too long for the buses.

Have used them before with never a problem. This time the car park was very full, probably something to do with Christmas break, so finding a space was a pain. Would use them again.

Very near to Heathrow airport, which is a great help. Good service from carpark to airport and vice versa.

Very good. A slight panic on departure could have been easily avoided with clearer directions to the car park on the booking confirmation - and better signposting at the entrance (the entrance sign looks a though you should take a left at the next roundabout ... rather than immediate left!!

Slight confusion over signage (due to dense fog) on entering through what we later learnt was crew car park, as building works taking place and main entrance closed.

Overall worth the money, but we found the actual site quite hard to find. The first signs you come to for Parking Express are microscopic!! No problems with parking and transfer to airport but on transfer back we asked the driver to drop us off at a specific stop and he dropped us off in the wrong place. When we asked staff to direct us to where we wanted to go they seemed unable to grasp what we were on about! Everyone very helpful though - even to the point of when we got back to our car we were unsure how to get back to M4 so one of the staff jumped in his own car and we followed him! Would recommend but look out for those signs and make a note of where your car is!

We did find it difficult to find but this was because there was a diversion in place, the buses turned up regularly. When we got back to our car after the trip the battery was flat. It was 10pm and we did not know what to do however we saw a bus so we asked the driver if there was a phone we could use and he got on his radio and within 5 mins someone had turned up to give us a jump start. I certainly would use this service again.

Very good - unfortunately the entrance to Parking Express was closed, so spent half an hour trying to get into the carpark but after that it all went smoothly.

This was a very easy parking and transfer. We would use it again - and would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Good overall service. Easy entry and exit. Drivers could have been more cheerful! Took 15 mins to get collected from Car park (10.30 pm), and 7 mins from Airport (6.50am). Directions to Car park OK, but could be improved.

I thought Parking Express was situated in a good place, right next to the grounds of the airport. The transfers were pretty frequent, but there were no staff in the car park to ask any such questions of whether to leave keys in car etc!

I thought Parking Express was great. I could book everything over the net and simply drive in and out with no hassles. Definitely the quickest airport parking experience I've had so far.
