it is an outdoor parking. it's not suit for new car or any nice car because the burning sun will spoil the car internal for long parking. it's very convenient.after park you can spot several bus stop around, where you can get a bus to terminal 123and 4 with only 10 mins waiting.the bus has enough spaces for luggage. no damage or anything lost on my car, so i think the security should be very good.

There is obviously building work going on at the moment. The diversions are poorly marked and many of us arriving at the same time were very confused about where to go. On return (about 22.15 hours) we waited for over 25 minutes for a bus. The people at the front of the queue said they had been there over 30 minutes, and the bus was completely full. There was no explanation or apology for the long wait

Mostly I'd rate Express Parking highly, but there was an interesting contrast between our transfer bus driver at Chicago O'Hare airport and the one on returning to Heathrow, where the former would not even let us help him load our luggage onto the bus, while the one with Parking Express didn't even greet us let alone help with our heavy luggage. He also sat and watched a family with a young child struggle with all their luggage. Not very good customer service.

Good value service but car park staff on return to car park need some training to offer a cheery welcome rather than treat customers iin an off hand manner. The contrast for me in returning from USA/Canada where service less levels are so high was very marked .Not a good advert for GB and visitors to our country.

I was flying from & to Terminal 1 and when trying to find where to wait for the Parking Express bus at Terminal 1 (upon my return) I spent over 15 minutes walking the length of the Terminal and all its bus stops before asking someone, and being told I had to walk to Terminal 2 (via the bus station) to get the shuttle bus - quite frustrating when you're tired from a journey

There are much cheaper parking places around heathrow but these can take time to get picked up from. My experience of parking express is that their system is not a well geared to getting you quickly to the airport so allow at least 20 minutes for a pick up. On the other hand from the airport to the car park is pretty painless. It depends what is important to you.

Good directions on how to find the car park. Found a space within a couple of minutes. Numbered rows make it easy to remember where car was oarked. Waited less than 5 minutes for a bus at the car park and terminal. Didn't have to stand on either journey. Quick transfer. Good value for money.

Really straight forward instructions and service. Transfers quick - thankfully no hanging about at either ends. Only 1 minor point - signs denoting specified parking zone was a bit confusing. We did 2 circuit laps as we missed the entrance and there were no further ones! Apart from that - Great.

A perfect experience! Only a two minute wait for car park to terminal 2 transfer, equally a similar wait on the return trip. Internet booking reference wasn't on the parking ticket, so had to visit customer services to validate ticket... pleasant, fast and efficient. Previous Purple Parking experience was terrible. Parking Express may be more expensive, but it so much better than PP! 5*'s

Having previously used Pink Elephant this was a much better experience. When we arrived there was a clear sign indicating which section to park in (there was none at the Pink Elephant!). It was quick to park up and the coach came very quickly - (always useful when you're in a hurry !). Car was easy to find when we got back, which may sound strange, but the Pink Elephant moved our car while away!! We were not happy and the staff were appalling in dealing with us. You never really know what a place is like until you have to deal with something "out of the ordinary" - Pink gets a zero, Parking Express was spot on. Parking Express next time for us!

Found parking directions confusing,couldn't find what appeared to be the numbered parking space,had to go to C.services to be directed.No staff on patrol to assist with baggage(could have been elderly or disabled)(DDA)On good side: did not have to wait too long for bus either way.

Everything was as promised and the parking was fine as too were the airport transfers. Would use Parking Express again for sure.

When flying from LHR I always tend to use Parking Express as it is convenient for all terminals. The internet rates are competitive, the car park is large (I have had problems with over-booking at another Heathrow car-park) and the transfer service efficient.

We found that it was not clear on line and on arrival to the car park on what to do with car when we parked up. The only information was on the bus to the airport, which left us feeling slightly anxious that we had done every thing right. I feel that an on-line version of the leaflet we read on the bus would possibly solve this problem for others. thankyou

Buses came quickly, but were very busy and we found dealing with large luggage difficult. Easy to find, but a bit of a rambling journey within the car park to get to final parking.

Big advantage is the location, which is easy to reach from A30 & is on the airport. Outward journey smooth - several car park spaces available & located near bus stop - bus came in 2 or 3 minutes. On return, waited for 15mins for bus outside Terminal 3(rather cold) & bus was very full - so difficult with large amount of baggage. Overall a much better experience than we've had at some other UK airports - this is the 3rd time we've used Parking Express & we would use again.

Having used Pink Elephant before - I can see why it is dearer. You pay for what you get! Parking Express was OK, but a longer transfer time, busy busses and very close parking spaces, three estate cars side by side would leave inches for the middle cars' passengers....

It was so easy. As soon as we stepped out of the airport there was a bus about to leave, and we were on our way home within 15 minutes. Superb!

Trouble-free and good value - cannot ask for more!

On my return my battery was flat. In less than 5 minutes the reception staff had dispatched a car park employee with a powerful recharger to get me on my way. Thank you.
