Should leave 20 to 30 minutes on your journey above the time it takes to get to Heathrow in order to allow for finding the car park, finding the parking space, waiting for the transfer and then getting to the terminal.

Good signs to get to parking, poor signage to get back on to M25 from car park when leaving. Good clear website. Very competitive. Plenty of spaces when parking.

Had to wait a long time for the bus to pick us up after the flight when we were tired. Once we had our car we couldn't get out, the ticket didn't work.Rang Customer Services and waited patiently for them to come and help - they didn't arrive so rang again he then explained we had to go to him as he couldn't leave the office,so had to put hazard lights on and get out of the car to get a new departure ticket printed- frustrating

We found it difficult to locate as the directions were pretty vague and on arriving were not sure what to do. Unlike some companies you just leave your car and keep your car keys. On arriving back after the holiday and putting our pre-paid ticket into the machine to leave we were charged £260. This was quickly resolved after going into the office. Not a bad service but no better than any of the others I have used.

The booking reference was not printed on our ticket so we had to go into customer service office, this was not a problem but obviously took longer than just driving out. Otherwise we were very happy with the service etc. no problems whatsoever. thank you.

I chose Parking Express as I have had much experience with the service in my previous business capacity. Bad security experiences from off airport services in the past has helped with my choice. Although still more than I like to pay, it represents good value and is competitive.

On arrival back into Terminal 1 very late on a Sunday evening there was a sign posted on the bus stop where we were expecting to be picked up which instructed us to go to Terminal 2, bus stop 13. They could not pick passengers up from Terminal 1 'due to operational difficulties'. There were no instruction as to how to get to Terminal 2. Once we finally arrived at Terminal 2, we stood at bus stop 13 only to see that there was a Parking Express bus standing at bus stop 10. We made our way there as quickly as possible but it was very busy and we had a pushchair and arrived just as the bus driver shut the door, literally. He refused to open them again and drove off which we felt was really not on, especially considering we had just spent ten minutes walking to Terminal 2 AND had a child in a push chair AND he was at the wrong bus stop. We manoevered our way back to bus stop 13 where we were eventually picked up. It transpired that no buses were being allowed into Terminal 1 to pick up passengers due to the bomb scares (this was the very weekend it all happened). Why they couldn't say that on the original notice I do not know - it would have saved a lot of fuming! All in all, very poor information and if it says they'll pick up from Bus stop 13 then they really SHOULD pick up from 13 or at least allow those passengers who have just missed the doors onto their buses.

I found the on-site Parking Express very reliable. Although it is by no means the cheapest, it is definitely worth it. I have used off-site parking before (Purple Parking), which is OK but has long transfer times and leaves you waiting around. No such problems here, and is also easier to find.

Good value for money, compared with the normal rates charged. Good coach service, including helpful driver, who assisted us with our cases, something rarely experienced.

Instructions given in e-mail on procedure on arrival / departure were very easy to understand, very good idea to include space on reverse of parking ticket to record vehicle location.

The best part of this service is that it is quick and easy to book, very reasonably priced given it's proximity to the terminals. But best of all was that I just put my ticket in the barrier when I wanted to leave the carpark and everything was taken care of. Very convenient that I didn't have to go and present a voucher to anyone. Not sure who else does this, but with other car parks I have to get out of the car, present the voucher, get back in car and then go. This was great!

It was simplicity itself compared to some of your rival companies that I have used in the past, but never again. Not the cheapest but certainly you get what you pay for!

Overall the experience was good and easy ... but it is fairly expensive for being so far from the terminal. Also not entirely happy with having to to go the customer services area to get ticket stamped before exiting. This is a pain especially as the service office at the exit was closed so this added time to the experience. Having prebooked I wouldn't expect to have to go and find someone to stamp my ticket before I can exit the car park.

Parking Express was easy to find, near the airport. The shuttle bus arrived almost as soon as my family and I gor to the nearest pick up point, although I think a man who was already waiting gave the impression that he had been there for some time. Perhaps we were lucky. Took very little time to be dropped off at T2. Would certainly use again based on this experience.

All in all by far the best parking experience for Heathrow flight connections we have yet to enjoy. It was particularly reassuring never having to leave the perimeter of the airport and so being able to see the runways the whole time. We never worried we would be late for our flight. The ease and speed of under 10 minutes between getting on the bus on our return and getting into our car made it all worthwhile! Thank you Parking Express.

It wuld be helpful if the ticket machine actually had a notice on it to explain that the ticket issued included pre-booked cars - we did spend a minute at the machine wondering whether it would recognise we had pre-booked. It was only after the ticket was issued did we realise it had picked up the number-plate as we came in. Very impressive though!

When we returned, my battery was flat. I called your office, and within minutes, one of your security team came round in a truck, and jump started my car. He was great, as was the gentleman who took the call in the office. I called to thank you after I got home, but I was very pleased indeed with your help and your attitude.

Having reached the carpark 1.5hrs before a flight to Ireland it was with horror that we waited 35 minutes for a transfer bus to T1 and it was 55 minutes before we were at the terminal (in this time th eflight got us from London to Cork!). Having nearly missed the flight it was only as a result of the staff at Aer Lingus that we made it, albeit I did have to semi-run through the terminal with my 6-month pregnant wife as a result of the parking fiasco. This carpark is only just on-airport if you are T4, for T1 etc. it's a good 20 minute ride at times due to traffic and transfers are unreliable. Use at your peril or allow an extra hour to your time, just in case.

The system is well designed to ensure quick convenient transit and minimum time delay which allows the passenger to minimise the amount of lead time they need to leave for parking, moving to terminal, checking in etc. However, the driver often appears to be detached from this process and can give the impression that he is not interested in the movement problems of passengers with young children, large amounts of luggage, problems finding space for their luggage on packed buses etc. Not a major problem, but it gives the impression that the driver is removed from the need to add value to the service standard.

A frequent user in the past of an alternative car park which has now changed location, I had reservations about using one which I had no experience of. However, I needn't have worried. Parking Express was easy to book and pay for on line, directions were clear and easy to follow, parking the car took only a few minutes and the shuttle bus service, both ways, was quick and comfortable. All in all an excellent service which I shall happily use again. Thankyou!
