If I fly from Heathrow again, I would use Parking Express again. I think that says it all.

Need to include on booking instructions that 1 coach goes to terminals 1,2,3, and another to terminal 4. Driver should also give this information. Lack of instructions in relation to pre-payment arrangments at entrance / exit to carpark. Transfers were quick.

Within easy reach of all terminals and at a low cost too. Would definitely use again when flying from Heathrow Airport.

Car park was relatively easy to find, but our car was not recognised automatically, so we had to go into the customer services on our way out. Other than that, a good experience.

Overall a good experience. Reasonably easy to find in the first instance. Parking signs were easy to follow once on site. Transfer was pretty quick both to and from.

Well sign-posted as you enter the Heathrow perimeter, parking spaces available where directed, and we waited the advertised time for a bus. Hassle free experience. Thanks.

Easy to book and incredibly easy entry to car park. Transport to terminal was straight forward. Flexible with arrival and departure time to car park. A little bit pricey but still cheaper compared to other onsite long stay car park and even competitive with off site car parks.

I'm not sure if the directional instructions were very clear. Signposts to the car park were certainly small and may be difficult to see in poor light. Otherwise the system was simple to use and most importantly my car was safe and secure during the period of my holiday.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company and the car park. The online booking was easy. The car park close to the airport and easy to reach from the motorway. When collecting the car on our return it was easy to get the transfer back and exit the car park. Go for it!

Times of tranfers and bus service were very good but don't believe that a space has been reserved, because you end up driving around to find a space to park. At Gatwick your space is reserved for your car. This is the only negative point I have to make.

Overall a good service, but not much sign of security.

Parking Express offer a value for money service without compromising on stanards.

Good facility no real down sides.

Would use again if remains competitive with other onsite competitors.

Generally happy with the service and I would consider using Heathrow Parking Express again next time.

Well signposted from approach to Airport. Price and distance to airport good trade off. My car was still there when I returned from NY after 5 days.

Parking express gives a good overall service. However, it was difficult to find them when approaching fron the M25/M4 as all signs indicate long term parking for Terminal 4, whereas we needed Terminal 3. It was not until we were at Parking Express that Terminals 1, 2 and 3 parking was indicated. Otherwise, very good transfer service.
