excellent service, travelling is usually such a hassle, and car parking can be expensive, if you pre plan, its so much easier, no hassle getting in, numberplate recognition, no queues to pay when i left,as i bought it online, just inserted the ticket and off home i went. keep up the good service.

Easy to locate and very close to the airport. You park your car yourself and retain the keys - no risk of anything untoward happening to your pride and joy whilst away. Busses seem to run frequently and the transfer time is short. Second time I have used this car park and will do so again.

The car park is situated in an area of the airport that means you have to drive around the perimeter road first so allow extra time. The busses were very frequent and well situated bus stops that made it hassle free. One problem is that on exiting the car park you put the ticket into the machine but the pre booked ticket isn't reconised and asks for a credit card which you already gave at time of booking this means that you have to go into the office for the ticket to be verified which causes delays at the barriers.

First time I have left my car at Heathrow, and Parking Express was great for me. I arrived at 4:00am, but there was still a bus waiting to take me to the terminal! On the return flight, I didn't have to wait long for a shuttle bus either (at 7:00pm on a Saturday). Fairly easy to find if you follow the signs for Long-term parking from the M4 too.

The carpark was easy to find and well signposted. The transfer coach to the airport and back runs frequently to all terminals even in the early hours of the morning and late at night. The staff were very friendly when dealing with the prepaid voucher

I've used many on and off site car parks and overall I prefer this one. Very simple entry & exit procedures. Many bus stops. Only a few minutes to the terminals. You park your car yourself and you keep your keys. In future I'll only use this car park.

We were transfered to Pink elephant, as the park was full, we had plenty of time but this would have been stressful if we had been running late. Pink Elephant were excellent once we found them the route was well marked until we actually reached the car park, then it was unclear if it was the correct park.

Web site: fine. Booking process: fine. Maps and directions: fine. Unfortunately upon arrival before 9am on a Saturday, the car park was full and I was directed to Pink Elephant parking down the road, armed with a voucher to cover any different between the costs of the two. After my flight, check out at Pink Elephant was fine and trouble free. Buses to and from the terminals were regular. No complaints in the end from Pink Elephant, but I can't comment on the facilities at Parking Express as I didn't actually park there...

We got to heathrow late because of the traffic on the m25, so we were in a panic. Wated for a transfer bus for ages. Three buses came, but were only "dropping off". In the end I had to use the contact button in the shelter. I was told there would be one coming. On the good side. We lost our ticket on holiday. The staff helped us out with no problems.

Ticket purchased in advance, but on leaving the carpark after our holiday, when frankly we are not firing on all cylinders, we got confused at the gate. The machine asked for £290 so then we had to back out of the gate and go and find someone who did something to the ticket so the machine said "thankyou" instead of asking for money. I think this happened last time we used your service as well. It woud also be good to have a place on the ticket to write where you left your car. It's amazing what 3 weeks away from the pressures of everyday life can do to your memory! Overall though no complaints

This is general but you might be able to pass it on. We found the signage approaching H/row and car parks unclear: specifically, given the intensity of traffic, there was too much information on each sign to read clearly and not enough space separating each statement . A map with the booking would have been really helpful.

Plenty of transfer shuttles at regular intervals to take you to/from the terminal. Arriving back in the early morning after a tough overnight flight, and with a 5/6 hour drive in view, it's very important to have a painless and brief transfer back to your car; that's what we got!

Twice I nearly boarded the drop off bus, rather than the pick up bus. One driver just did not open the door so I was confused - it would have been helpful if he had the decency to explain why he stopped at the bus stop and didn't open the doors, he just drove off. Luckily another passenger arrived and explained why the bus didn't collect me.

Good experience. Esy to find and safe suitable parking. Excellent transfers - quick and easy to find. Only problem is you have to validate your ticket at customer services on exit and there is no allocated parking. Myself and several others ended up blocking the exit gates while we sorted this out. Small issue - otherwise good.

Number plate recognition didn't work, meaning I had to go to the customer services building, which delayed me and in effect meant that any savings I made in money were lost in that all important factor - time. This would make me less likely to use the service in future.

It might be an idea in busier times to assign buses to collect people for specific stops in the car park, rather than everyone all bundle into one and keep stopping. There was a lot of bashing people with luggage as people got on and off at each stop which could also be avoided. A great service though and good value for money!

I got a quote for a return 'Private Hire Car' from Peterborough to Terminal 4. Out 25/12/06, return 16/01/07, the return price was a staggering £300. So I did a google and came across "Simply Parking". The rest, as they say, is history. The whole experience was quick, easy, secure and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone (in fact I already have). I will definitely use SP again.

Great location, easy to find, close to the airport, quick bus service to the airport and back. I parked my car and picked it up from where I left it - couldn't ask for more. It was the cheapest at the time and I would say one of the best. I will definitely use it again.

Less hassle than booking a taxi, and to my surprise cheaper (we travelled 25th December so getting a taxi was a challenge). We had lots of luggage on the way back but it wasn't as much hassle as we thought, just dropped it off at the bus stop and brought the car round.

The experience was appalling. I arrived at the car park in good time (approx 4am) to be told that the car park was full. The staff on duty clearly had no idea where to direct me - I was given a voucher for a car park which was solely for passengers travelling from terminal 4. The fact that I was travelling from terminal 3 seemed immaterial to them. Only because I checked before departing the car park did I realise their mistake. Other cars stopped behind me to find out that they had been misdirected also. Who knows how many others before me had driven to the wrong car park and (very possibly) missed their flights. The superviser looked exasperated with her staff when I pointed out the problem. The price may be reasobnable, but the service, frankly, was appalling.
