Very pleased with service, waited 4 minutes for first bus and 5 on return journey, very quick and efficient.

This was such an easy way to leave your car at Heathrow. The check-in gate had our registration number recorded so we did not have to go to check in at an office. We just parked our car and caught the bus. We didn't even have to wait long on our return to Heathrow before a bus came to take us back to the car park. The car park itself is clean and well ordered.

Waited 20 minutes at 0615 for the coach to arrive to transfer into the terminla. The coach was the one parked no more than 50 yards away from the stop with its doors shut and the driver pretending he could not see us. This driver did not wait for everyone to sit down before zooming off - not sure if he thought it was time to go home or he was just ignorant. Mumbled something about a terminal number, which could not be heard, and left everyone guessing if they sholud get out or not. Not impressed at all.

Outbound was ok, however inbound I found no signs for the Long Stay Car park transfer as I arrived in Terminal Three. Had to queue to ask Airport staff and then find appropriate bus stop.

This was the second time I had used this car park. By pre-booking I merely needed to push a button to get a ticket at the gate. Parking was easy to find as the section was well signposted. Waited a few minutes for a bus and soon arrived at T4. On return we waited about 10 minutes for the bus, were whisked to the car park and were soon loading the car. We put the ticket obtained on entry into the machine and the barrier lifted immediately to speed us on our way home. This is too simple for words... Recommended as I will use them again next time.

It was easy to find. Reasonable compared to others and close to the airport. It didn't read the number plate when we arrived and though we had to go to customer services on return it was on the way out anyway so didn't make much difference. The only negative was that the return transfer driver didn't stop at our bus stop and when we shouted etc he drove to the next one and told us it wasn't far to walk (which actually it wasn't but we didn't know that and we were tired!)

I got lost trying to find car park on arrival having looked at Mapquest I went down the Bath Rd and wanted to turn down Cranford Lane but it was no entry, then could not turn off when going back up Bath Rd due to bus lanes so was running out of time when got to car park! Also had trouble finding the bus stop at T4 on my return. Apart from that it was good.

The frequency of transfer buses at Parking Express is now consistently worse than the stated intervals

This is the first time I have used Heathrow for some years. I chose Parking Express due to it's price, security and being on-site rather than off airport. It was so easy to find and so convenient that it has tempted me to use Heathrow more often than local midlnads airports. Signage and bus transfer service both excellent.

The whole experience couldn't have been better. The car park was easy to find, parking bays were well indicated, transfer buses ran on time and the price was fantastic........well done simplyparking.

The price was very reasonable and we only waited a couple of minutes for a bus. Staff were helpful and we had no difficulty changing the car details prior to arrival. Would use again.

We were a little confused as to when to get off the bus at the terminal on departure. Coming home we didn't know where to pick up the bus to take us to the car park there were no apparent signs. The layout of the car park was confusing we almost ended up back at departures.

Somebody (probably another customer) scratched the bonnet of the car probably by putting a handbag on it. Leave lots of transfer time if you are departing from Terminal 3.

Generally good value for money. Pre payment booking worked well. Seemed a long drive round the airport but pretty well sign-posted. Found it hard to find our way to the car park exit when leaving.

Good, no frills service. The only gripe I have is that I arrived just over 1 hour earlier than anticipated as a result of which I was charged an additional £14 (standard daily rate) on top of my prebooked prepaid fee. Better to give yourself plenty of leeway when making your booking.

The car park is well sign posted so very easy to find ,the bus transfers work well both to and from the terminal,so it's a very good service all round,thanks.

On arrival we were directed to MSCP 3 as you were full, despite our booking. However the location was fine, but on departure after the trip the car park attendant in the MSCP exit office would not except the voucher given by you. It took us an hour to sort out. The MSCP manager was alright and it was no problem, more an incompetent attendant that caused the delay.

On arrival at Parking Express, we were told they were full so were told to go to Pink Elephant Business parking (at no extra cost). Driving past Parking Express, there were large areas available to park. The area allocated in Pink Elephant was full so had to park in another area. On return from holiday the area had been cordoned off for Term 5 so the driver had to make a special journey to reach our car.

On entry to car park the attendant on the entry was not very helpful. Send us to an area which was full. No other staff around to tell you where to go.We had to find our own space It would be helpful if you had staff in the car park to help customers when they arrive

Expererience overall was very good. Made my journey to & from Dubai (which was stressful enough as it was) a very enjoyable journey! Thanks (just make it cheaper!)
