easy to park, needs better signage to show empty areas near bus stops. Surely there can be a windproof shelter at the terminals while you wait for the coaches or an inside area. Lastly the long stay bus stop nos should be on the notice boards inside, we didnt see them and apolgise if they are there

make sure that you check you ticket to leave the parking with someone from staff or you might be charged twice! otherwise the service is great and secure. That a good deal in term off price/service

The last 3 trips to the USA we have parked outside the airport and had protracted trips into the terminal. this time we parked on site- the price was comparable, the park was simple to find and park on and there was a very short wait either end for the short journey direct to the terminal. Unfortunately on our return the car battery was flat- but the AA found us in under 20 minutes and got us on our way- probably a longer wait outside the airport. We shall definitely use this service on our next trip.

A good, well signed carpark wth easy access and departure. There as some confusion with the barriers on departure, however the gentleman on duty was able to sort the problem quickly and efficiently.

every thing went according to plan, the only doubt i had was the ticket i received on entry did not have booking ref no: the office at the exit validated my ticket when we drove out and we were on our way home no problem.

From M4 to park took longer than I thought it would. However was my first time. Arrived in rain and bus stop, near exit, had soaked floor and rain coming in through open sides. Possibly have only one entrance and other sides closed off.

An easy and convenient way to leave the car at the carpark I would not hesitate to use this facility again

The only problem really was finding the place! It wasn't very well signposted and even the on-line maps weren't that good. We'd have probably found it a lot quick without the maps! Having said that, we parked and left on the bus very quickly and easily going. Coming back was a different story, the stated number to get the bus from was wrong, the coach driver wasn't very helpful and just told us the name had changed. Picked up our car and went to go through the barrier and it wanted to charge is £374 when we'd already paid £90 which was the total price! A quick trip to reception and we were off. No problems at all - would recommend the car park.

From booking our parking with yourselves to travelling to and from our destination, the service was excellent, I could not fault it.

Booked on line, on arrival car registration not recognised therefore on exit had to park up in heavy rain go to the manned desk and explain the problem before I could get out. This was a delay after a 10 hour flight I could of done without.

Everything went according to plan, no waiting around neither on departure or arrival. Helpful staff and new coaches! Disappointed that my car was scratched probably due to some inconsiderate so and so dragging suit cases past it.

Would have been even better if the arrival mc had read my car registration number. But it only took 2 minutes to pop into the office where a very helpful lady sorted the issue Thanks again Peter

The car park was easy to find. Once there it was well lit. The buses to transfer to the airport were regular. The whole experience was very easy and hassel free.

Having purchased car parking online I was able to enter the car park collecting my car parking ticket and exit without making any contact with staff. Excellent. The coach transfer to and from the airport was timely and corteous. I would recommend this Parking Express.

Very easy to find and no problems accessing and exiting parking area with pre-booked on line ticket. Plenty of parking spaces and bus stops situated close by. Transfer buses very quick and reliable and staff very helpful. Many Thanks!

Wait on return (late sun night) longer than promised but not too bad. Outgoing, missed one bus but another there very quickly (Fri eve). All in all ok.

Pick-up point well placed at terminal 3 and automatic exit from car park for pre-paid tickets avoids any queing to pay at a kiosk

I usually just drive to the airport and find parking when I arrive but my sister-in-law recommended simplyparking. I would definitely use it again (in fact I have already booked it for our holiday out of Gatwick in August). Basically it just makes everything a lot easier and quicker. Only slightly negative comment is that we had to wait about 15 minutes for the transfer bus on the way back.

It would help if the extra day wasn't charged. Almost all flights return at a time later than they originally departed. I think you just see this as an opportunity to take an extra day. Sometimes only a couple of hours of the extra day is required.

Almost everything went very smoothly with Parking Express. Initially I drove to where it used to be, not realising it had re-located within Heathrow, so we had a small panic driving round the perimeter road to find out where it was. A small map showing the location on the printout would have been helpful. On leaving we were a little confused by the exit which was for pre-booked customers making credit card payments. I had already paid. Arriving 6am after little sleep on an overnight flight I was unsure if this meant that I was expected to make a credit card payment in this lane, but the guy in the office saw me dithering and sorted my problem quickly and politely.
