This was the first time my friend and i had used APH. From the moment we arrived at the security gates, every thing was so straight forward. Drive in, remove cases from car, (they park your car so no hunting for spaces} To reception a few yards away, book the car in, and then advised bus would leave in 11 minutes. Helped with cases onto bus and off to airport. At the other end, helped with cases. On return from holiday just as simple, used free phone to say we had arrived, went to collection bus stop, again helped with cases at both ends. At the car park collected car keys told which bay our car was in, again short walk and we were off home Will definitely use the service again

All went as expected as usual and I'm back again tomorrow for anoher week

a little hard to spot the carpark sign as it is a little hidden in overgrowth and not very noticable other than that ok

Drop off and collection point is outside terminal 2 and we needed terminal 1 which caused a bit of confusion. On return, we weren't told which bus stop number to go to, which took a short while to find and the bus took off past us as we were walking towards it, which meant a 20 minute wait for the next one. The outgoing bus driver was very helpful with the luggage but the return driver didn't seem interested in assisting any passengers to unload and seemed to take a longer route back than when we came. Apart from these minor gripes, the service is satisfactory although there was only one other company to choose from at pretty much the same price, which suggests a lack of competition.

We use APH more than once a year and find the service more than satisfactory.

This is the 5th time Ive used this service,its easy to access, friendly staff and good value for money.

On entering the Birmingham facility at Hams Hall, the service was organised and swift, and we were en route within minutes of parking in the arrival bays. The bus drivers assisted with luggage and were very courteous and friendly. The return journey was equally as good. So an all round great experience. Thank you APH !!

We arrived on time, and we were greeted by name! Instructions were clear and bus was on time. The only fault was the bus drops you off at the beginning of the terminal buildings and we had to drag our cases to the end of the terminals. This was also the case on return. BUT the driver was aware of our arrival and waited until he had all expected passengers aboard.

Very friendly and efficient service. Don't let the distance to Birmingham airport put you off as transfers are quick, clean, regular and hassle free. Easy start to the holiday - would use again.

Upon our return we had to wait over 40 mins for the transfer bus to take us back to the car park. Our experience of the service was good but our car suffered a couple of "door dings" from employees carelessness.

Although APH seems a long way from the Airport if coming from the South, in fact it is much quicker to reach than Airparks which we have used previously plus Staff are courteous and helpful with baggage. This counts for a lot when you are getting on in years. We shall be using APH again!

Fast, efficient, courtious & above all stress free. Highly recommended!!!

Good value for money. The transfers were pretty quick - just make sure you take note of the bus stop you're dropped off at so that you know where to stand on the way back. Also, there is no courtesy phone in the baggage claim area - just phone the number given on the slip.

Very pleased with the service which you have offered. Good price, friendly staff, smooth tranfer to the airport as was the collection.

I only live 9 miles form Birmingham airport. Last year I opted to use a taxi to take us to the airport for our holiday abroad leaving from birmingham airport. The taxi fare was £20 going (day) and £35 return - (evening) This time i researched prices for car parking on the internet and found APH by far the cheapest and as a bonus only 5 miles away from where i live in Sutton Coldfield. The internet booking was very straight forward. Our flight was 7am and we arrived at APH at 4.30am - I thought there would be hardly anyone around - but we were able to leave the car drop off the keys and on to a waiting bus in about 10 mins. We were dropped off outside the terminal building. Easy! The return was equally easy. The only niggle was i got talking to someone on the same flight as me, who had also left his car at APH for exactly the same time as me, and he was charged about £5 less - I'm not sure why- do you get a discount if you've used them before? Despite this I though it by far the cheaper and esier option and will more than likely use them again next time!

Very easy to book online. The car park is easy to find and close to the airport. The coaches run regularly to the airport and the drivers were very helpful. The cars were kept at a very secure facility where they seem to take perimeter security very seriously. All in all a very good experience, half the price of standard airport parking and I will definitely be using them again.

No problems encountered, smooth transfer and no delays. Travel time to airport approx 10-15 minutes. Very efficient

Excellent service-efficient and friendly help ful staff. Well located fro ease of access and good value for money. Fast pick up-by the time we picked up or baggage the coach was waiting and knew exactly who he was waiting for so did not miss anybody( unless of course they kept everybody else waiting too long and then one assumes they would leave)
