the buses were regular and its a door to door service will always use it, good value for money but remember to write down what aisle your car is in for the return journey otherwise you could be walking round the carpark looking for your car like we did!!!! lol

We found Gosimply.com efficient and helpful. The car parking experience was good with regular buses. On both legs of the journey the buses were very full but this was not a problem for us.

Always park in the zone that the signpost tells you or else no bus will pick you up. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was really hard to find car as the signing in Zone G was sparse and cos I had to get bus from across the road it was douby difficult to recall where I had parked in daytime and arrived back at night in dark and alone with no one around - not good - can you improve signage as i could not fill it in on my ticket cos there was nothing on posts to say where I was ...

Transfer buses are too infrequent at 15 min intervals - they should be every 10 mins in such a big long stay car park.

Parking at at airport is always a apian.. convenience costs more money - but now long term parking at stansted is our choosen option - above the mid stay!

Very good service, but I would expect it for the price they charge - much more expensive (Gatwick) than other airports.

Efficient and effective service throughout BUT - WHAT is this "No change of details/refund" clause all about? Unneccesary inconvenience that smacks of cheap exploitation of your customers! One cannot book parking/travel with a 100% certainty that a hiccup to plans won't occur. Simple things like a broken down car can cause a change to vehicle used!! You have a good service that is spoiled by this nonesense. You don't need this 2 price system. Thanks.

We were satisfied with the service with one notable exception; when leaving the car-park exit at midnight on return our ticket was not recognised by the equipment at the barrier which caused delay to us and cars behind us in the queue while we sought assistance. Assistance was readily given by the staff on duty who were also having to deal with other drivers experiencing the same problem.

There were no problems - everything was very straightforward, from pre-booking and payment over the internet to the collection of the car at the end of the trip. Since we had no need to contact any parking staff, I cannot say whether they were friendly and helpful, but I assume they are as efficient as the rest of the operation would suggest.

Very user-friendly system, easy to work with. The service provided is exactly as promised online and staff are friendly and helpful.

I think long stay parking is easy to park and access airport. One small request is that I need some information about overstaying charge. If I knew, I would have gone to automatic gate without any thinking.

No problems at all on arrival. Easy entry to car park. Quick transfer to airport. Problems with ticket machines at departure, but staff on hand to sort it out.

We were surprised at how busy the Long Term Car Park was at Stansted. A sure sign that it is what Airline Passengers want. Well done GoSimply.

Long queues for the 'bus when we arrived at the car park but in due course two coaches arrived. The registration number recognition system worked extremely well.

The bus service was great and on time which is always a bonus. The bus driver was very funny and made the people on bus laugh with his jokes, it was quite amusing.

Better to have more busses. And maybe the driver could have been a bit nicer to some people.
