easy to use parking, with a good availability. Only downside on exiting ticket read out sum owed was incorrect and said i owed twice as much - however this was sorted out on departure.

On arrival, the photographing of the car number plate did not work so it was a bit difficult to know what to do. On departure,it was not quite clear whether we had to go through pre-booking or which channel. That led to confusion, which is not much fun after a long journey. Then the machine did not recognise us at all and demanded payment. This meant that we were very frustrated and then we had to reverse and find the attended cabin, where the chap was very friendly and helpful and soon found our booking on his computer and waved us through. It all seemed a bit fraught and as though it should have been clear and straightforward.

We used the long-stay car-park in mid-February. Access was straight-forward, there were ample parking-spaces available, the transfer-bus came within 5 minutes and seats were available. We were inside the terminal within 20 minutes of parking. Upon return a transfer-bus was waiting with seats for all, and the driver was extremely pleasant and helpful. By logging the zone letter and number, and the number of lamp-posts between the bus-stop and our vehicle, we were able to find our car without any problems, and could exit the car-park easily. We booked online at pretty much the last minutes, and saved some money over the daily rate. My only reservation is that it ought to be possible to alter some details of any booking once made, in order for example to let people switch the car they decide to use because of, say, a mechanical problem.

All went as described in the information supplied. Drove straight in and parked, a bus was there when we got to the pick up point. And the same coming back. All went smoothly. I will be using this service again.

Although we were delayed 2 hours on the return trip, this caused no problem. Even the bus driver was cheerful and helpful - at 1 in the morning ! !

Disappointed that on phoning your company,because of the above complaint,we could not get a refund for the remaining 9 days that we did not use.Why is this so, when all you have to do is rebook another car, after all you do have the extra car space???? Our Travel insurance,think that you are being very unreasonable.What ever has happened to customer services??

The car park was well situated and the buses both to and from the airport were waiting for passengers. My only moan is that we drove around the car park several times as the exit signs were not clear

I've used the number plate recognition method twice, it worked the first time but not the second - however, there was someone on duty in one of the checkout kiosks when I wanted to leave, and there was no problem with the pre-pay.

Upon my return I did not arrive until late due to bad weather and I was concerned as I had run over the 6pm departing time. I went to the manned kiosk and my ticket was checked and I did nothave to pay an extra charge. I think this should be clarified in the instructions.

I have used gosimply for several years, and found them to be very good. Last year my car wouldn't start when I returned to it and they were helpful and kept me in the mobile patrol car in the warm until the on-site AA man came to my rescue. My only slight gripe this time was that my return flight was cancelled so I was 2 days late collecting my car. I rang the number on the paperwork (from France) to try and extend my stay but the girl on the phone was very off-hand and just said I'd have to pay the local daily parking rate. I could live with this, but I was very disappointed with the attitude on the phone, which was unfortunately mirrored by the terse, miserable man on the gate. Not enough to stop me using them again, but has slightly tainted my view of the Stansted parking experience!

Efficient bus service and not far from the airport at all. It is a plus that you do not need to call them to let you know you have arrived as the buses do arrive frequently and wait outside the terminal. I would book the same parking again but maybe earlier to save some money..

Car park was easy to get to. There were plenty of spaces available and the transfers from there to the terminal were frequent so you did not have to wait around for long at all. Had this service been a bit cheaper the all experience would have been excellent !

good value for money if booked in advance, not far from airport, quite frequent transfers to and from airport. Will use again when flying out.

The only thing to remember it is worth filling out on the back of the ticket, the Zone / Row etc details !

Its prob best car park ive been to ,all so easy to book ,give you a little card you can write what colout ,what row,and what bus stop,bus driver great ,will defo use again.

I have seen a steady improvement in the Long Tern Car park service over the last few years. The system of using vehicle recognition cameras now works well and make for a much better and more efficient service.

All went well on the way out but on return arrived back at 20.07, no luggage, short quque at passport contol yet still left car park after 23.00 because of delay in bus leaving terminal after 20 minute wait. !0 minute wait expected.
