We were away for 3 days and the price represented great value - the car park is not that far from the terminal so I really don't know why people would want to pay more for the Mid Stay Parking, just because it's a little closer. We've used this car park before and would definitely do so again. Booking, arrival and departure could not be easier.

No Problems at all until trying to leave, when the Recognition System didn't work correctly. Will use agian as its the best value at stansted.

Simple effective parking in the main long stay car park- good service back and from the Airport. Recommend

Every time we us your car park, we pay in advance the barrier recognises us on arrival but do not recognise us on departure and demand a further £146, we we ask for help he cant reconise the booking and we have to back out and get in a long queue before we find someone with a brain. I wonder how many people pay again ?

We shall continue to use this Car Park and were totally satisfied with the facility. Our return bus driver was excellent!

A bit confusing where to start queue for bus at airport - at bus stop or at end of barrier? Also a little confused approaching exit barrier as to which lane I should be in but seem to have got it right just in time Cones block car park exit as well as the entry in some locations Generally everything worked perfectly including access for a disabled passenger.

This was the second time we have used the Long Stay Parking, both times we have been impressed. On both occasions our departure time was very early in the morning and return time was very late at night, but the service was excellent.I like to be able to park the car and lock it before leaving. As the car park is spread over a vast site,I can imagine that if you have not written down the car park zone, row no, and bus stop no. you might have a problem when you return. But I am sure the bus drivers would be able to help.

Reasonable costs, easy to book, easy to find. Bus transfer was very quick and the number recognition system worked perfectly.

the car park was huge and it was hard to find a space. however the transfers were ok and it was good value for money.

Simple from start to finish. We were amazed that we had never considered this mode of parking before. Cut down the amount of time and stress usually associated with waiting for cabs to collect and deliver us to airports.

Arrived at car park which was sign posted from the motorway.Found parking space quite quickly and caught transfer bus within 10 minutes.Transfer bus did take 20 minutes as it went all around the other car paks.On my return bus was waiting in its correct postion, had to wait 15 minutes at the terminal until bus full then proceded to my cark park which took 10 minutes.Arrived at my car went to exist and had no problem leaving.

have used this service many times and would recommend to others,and have done so,members of family also use the same service

A good service. Transfer bus was very crowded but this was probably due to the time of day. Satisfied overall, though. Would use it again.

The transfer from car park to the airport was very efficient, amd on the return journey the driver of the bus was both amusing, and helpful with the information he gave the passengers.This was the most efficient and trouble free parking I have ever encountered.

I really liked this service as it was all automated which meant that we did not have to hang around to hand in car keys like I have had to at other long stay car parks. In addition, the car park was extreamly well laid out and we were directed to where there were speaces which helped me remember where I had parked the car for my return! The buses were punctual to take us to and from the terminal and all in all this rates as one of the best airport car parks I have used.

very efficient - when we arrived at carpark there was a bus already there also on the way home - the same service..... cannot fault it at all

Very simple procedure throughout booking and using this service.secure carpark which enabled you to park the car yourself.situated near major roads and well signposted.

We have booked to use you again in July as everything was spot on car park was well lit, buses running every 10mins and staff helpful thanks
