Instructions were clear and concise. Sat nav destination could be better. I ended up using the hotel as the postcode and taking it from there.

As I ordered the service online, I didn't really experience much in the way of "contact", but I wanted long stay parking at Stanstead, and that was what I got, at a good price.

Totaly automated entry and exit. Park in the allocated area, get on a bus to the airport. Same on the retutn. Couldnt be simpler

After a long journey from South Wales to Standsted it was a complete hassle free experience, very well signposted and close to the motorway junction. The open car parking areas were easy to locate and a short wait for a pleasant journey to departures. Coming back was just as trouble free and using the advanced booking option provided very good value, even though I made a mistake on my return date a simple email was answered within 24 hours explaining exactly how I could pay for an extra day on my return, would definately use again.

I forgot where I put the note of the location of the the car, I rang the given number for help, they gave me the info. The day of departure I found the note and I noticed that the info I have been given were wrong...

I had contemplated booking a valet service although this was almost twice the price. I ended up booking park and ride and was very impressed with the service. After parking the car I was at the terminal within 15 mins and roughly the same after landing. I believe that even with the valet service I would't have been much quicker getting home. Great value, great service, I would certainly use again and recommend to anyone.

The long stay is very easy to reach, and the transfer buses arrive every few mins. Would use this ser vice again without a doubt.

Easy to find, transfers were on time (for a change) & actually got directed to an OPEN zone this time instead of one bereft of parking slots.

The thing I like most is that the ticket is dedicated to the vehicle. Too often in other car parks you end up reversing from the barrier for some unexplained reason. After a long flight all you need is a speedy exit. Well done

Simple and effective system on arrival and departure,and allowed time for ride to airport,so no problem,although further than I imagined; did have to wait a considerable time for bus to return,?25 mins, but otherwise fine- would use again if price remains good.

We had absolutely no problems. Well sign posted (although just to make sure we looked on Google Map prior to leaving home), car parking areas clearly marked. Transfer bus was punctual and took around 10 mins to get to the terminal. We arrived back late due to a flight delay and wonder if we would be charged more - we weren't and exiting the car park was very easy. Would recommend.

Written directions from M11 southbound a little confusing but we found our way OK.This is our second favourable use of this car park and would use it again as hassle free.

I use airport parking a lot as my work takes me to Ireland and France regularly as well as all over the UK. However, I find ALL airport parking charges exorbitant. They are a major cost to my business. No matter how helpful and friendly the staff are, the prices are much too high.

The price was good, and it was possible to book just the day before. It is supposed to work in a way that you drive up to the barrier and then the barrier opens automatically. Well this did not work. The same when we left the car park, it did not recognise our licence plat and had to call for assistence. Staff was friendly though. The transfer indeed takes about 20 minutes. So you really should not be too late... Overall I can recommend the service.

Booking was simple, instructions good and finding parking space was easy. Bus stop close to hand and buses frequent enough. As return flight was late arriving, appreciated the staff accepting a short over-stay on time booked for leaving.

parking at Long Stay is very convenient. there is plenty of parking space and transport to/from the terminal is very frequent. the entry and exit system for prepaid reservations is very easy, you simplpy turn up at the gate and wait for your registration to be recognised, the same on exit.

I will certainly use this long stay car park again and tell others how easy and it is to park and how good the transfers to and from the terminal were.

drove straight in. numberplate recognition worked well. Regular busses with friendly drivers.

There was a bit of waiting for the bus to leave and it was very crowded (guess it was the start of holiday season so expected). Only a short journey between car park and terminal. Well sign posted.

On arriving at stansted on 7 july, we found the road to ur car parking was closed and we werent sure how long this was going to be for, so i called your company and he was so kind and helpful, he stayed on the phone giving directions until we made it to the gate of your car park. I wish i had got his name as would of loved to say a big thank u to him. Overall the parking was good, but it was hard to work out where all the disabled parking bays were, as large part of the car park were closed off. But overall we were very happy and planning to book with u again in december.
