I was pleased with the parking set up and shuttle bus to and from the terminal. The only dissappointment was on my exit from the car park the vehicle registration recognition didnt work and I had to produce my booking reference details. Luckily I hadn't deleted the email containing the details. It was good value for money and I certainly would use the service again

All very positive, but notice on ticket says we will need to use our credit card at exit, when this was not so - misleading!

I would highly recommend this service to friends and family as it was a really efficient service. We literally stepped out of the teminal, straight onto the bus and we were back at our car within 10 mins. Fantastic, especially when you're tired from long flights etc.

it was okay upon arrival ,but upon return too long to wait for the transfer bus a good 20 mins

On arrival gave reference from internet booking and told just to take a ticket and on leaving go to pre paid booth. This I did only to be told they could not find my booking reference and I was instructed to reverse and go to the office booth. Good job it was 12.30 am or I would have had a problem. Need to address this issue. Thanks

For the second time, the cameras at arrival mis-read my number plate, causing me delays on departure.

But my prepaid ticket did not operate the barrier on exit and had to be checked with the operator against my original booking - which fortunately I had with me!

Would recomend this way of parking. Only one slight problem, our car is an Alpha Romeo so the machine couldn't read our number plate, we printed out an ordinary ticket, though worried a little that we would have to pay again. We didn't though, for we went to the customer services building and they were very helpful. Given straight forward advice and we left the park with no problems. Perhaps there should be clearer instructions on the booking form of what to do in this event. Despite that, we would still use them again.

it took 24 minutes between arriving at the bus stop and the bus moving off.this is unacceptable

I found the whole experience easy and cheaper than everyone else. The bus collected us and dropped us at the terminal and vice versa on the way back. We didn't wait long at either end. I wouldn't hestitate to use the service again.

The transfer service (Bus) was really okay. But more attention has to be paid to signages; e.g most parks were signalled full when they weren't.

Available car parks were cleary signposted, with adequate lighting and road markings (even in the dark, in the rain). Transfer coach drivers were polite and helpful, and we were dropped at our terminal within the specified 15 mins. Slight problem with our pre-paid ticket on leaving, but could have been due to the last minute amendment to our booking. Overall no complaints, will use again - cheaper than competitors!

Quick and easy to book online. Clear sign posted area zones for parking, no queues, fast and easy bus transfers, money well worth the spending. Will do it every time.

I am impressed on how cheap it was compared to short or mid term parking for a 3 day break. I did expect the transfer bus to go to the car parks alphabetically. However, when I saw on Yahoo the next day that less than 15 cars had been involved in a fire which had broken out due to an electrical fault in the next car park, but that there were 26,500 in the car park, I was totally reassured about the security and efficiency of the staff. I would recommend this car park to anyone.

I loved the license plate recognition when I got to the Long Term Car Park, I just had to take the ticket out of the machine and off I went. The sign indicating which bay I needed to park in was clear and after I had parked the bus came very quickly. On the way back, the bus was already waiting and left shortly after I got in. When I got to the gate, I just had to enter the ticket which I had collected on the way, and got out so easily, it was great.

We had minor problems locating our Zone. There were some cones on one or two entries and that created some confussion in reaching our designated Zone.

Had no problem finding the place and getting in. Straight onto the bus as it waited for us to unload the car, excellent. Coming home, however, was a slightly different story. Didn't appreciate the bus driver not being willing to wait for 2 minutes outside the terminal when one of our party was still inside, despite us being the only passengers waiting to go and his bus being completely empty. Next bus turned up promptly and we were underway with no further problems.

no problems,buses to terminal and back were regular and fast transfer. recommend to anyone. best value I could find

The Long stay car park was very reasonably priced. It was well signposted. Once parked the transfer coach was quick and efficient. Would definately use the Long Stay Car Park again.

I was worried the transfer would take a long time and cause problems, but it didn't. Pre booking was cost effective. I will use this service again.
