make a careful note of the bus stop number, the carpark letter and row in which you park and enter the details on the back of your exit ticket. I have only used the long stay in good weather so I cannot judge how uncomfortable it might get waiting for the shuttle.

Arrived at the car park at 0500. Transfer was very fast, coach was at the bus stop and left within a few minutes. Return journey was just as quick, Coach arrived at the terminal within 5 minutes. Very good service

customer srevices very helpfull and polight toilets very clean but comeing back driver drop every one at the wrong carpark we needed s all on the bus and was told told this was s but it was actualy u so 1 hrs looking for cae

Signage to the carpark was clear.The number plate recognition system worked quickly and efficiently on entry.Direction to the vacant zone was clear and simple and the shuttle bus stop was close by and waiting was minimal.On our return leaving the car park was equally troublefree.I would happily recommend your facility to anyone considering booking.

Only downside is that adverts quoting that prices are the cheapest for longstay is only because all the other companies using this facility ie, links from easyjet and ryanair etc are fixed at the same price which in my opinion is misleading.

more bus frequency please(i nearly missed my flight as every bus seemed just to be dropping off and then filled the pick up bus to the brim with passengers and luggage). Also my registration has been continually misread by the camera upon entry which means although I always prebook and pay online I have to contact reception on departure.

The parking experience was good but as our flight was cancelled due to a strike in France.

I have used this company before recently and had another good experience. Would highly recommend.

Very Good. The buses were very crowded but other than that we were very satified.

The car parks are well sign posted easy to find ,instructions were well defined,transfers regular and spacious.

very easy to use booked online, pulled up took my ticket machine uses anpr number plate recognition and was told to go to zone. parked easy then went to bus stop and transfer bus arrived within 2 minutes. transfered straight to terminal in 6 minutes.you must remember to enter zone and colour area and parking bay on ticket so when returning you remember where to go. when leaving enter your ticket and away you go.

The only problem we had was when we arrived at the car park. The barrier would not go up,it did not read the car registration, we had to get a ticket to lift the barrier. When we wanted to leave we had to call for help to lift the barrier.

We had no problem finding the parking area from the M11, it was well signed when we got there with plenty of spaces. There was a bus waiting which was clean & smart. Coming back we only had to wait 10 minutes for a bus outside the terminal and we were impressed by the friendliness of the helpful driver.

Very Good. Parked up went straight on the bus to terminal which was only a 5 min drive. Arrived back straight on bus no problems leaving carpark. Very pleased with service.

Parking was very easy to find, very efficient transfers,and excellent value for money.very satisfied

the only problem we had was that the automatic number plate reading device did not read our number plate correctly, but this was easily corrected once we returned by the customer service kiosk. good service all round.

Very pleased with overall service from check in & check out. Bus drivers very pleasant. Had the pleasure of a bus driver to the airport who made myself and my family entertained throughout the journey. Would defitnatley recommmend to a friend

Good, no fuss system of booking and parking,with transfers to and from the airport as stated.Reasonably priced.

The customer service was very professional, the driver was friendly and helpful, a very pleasant trip to our car after being delayed abroad.
