Queues everywhere at the airport, delays and over charging. Thankfully parking was effortless, reasonably priced, and easy!!!

All good. Only improvement could be that bendy bus was crowded and difficult to find places for the cases and to lift them into safe storage slots. More frequent buses might help - but there was one there waiting for us both times!

Very convenient parking with reasonable bus service to the airport but the return was spoiled by a long wait and no idea if a bus was coming in the near future - therefore unable to nip off to get a cup of coffee, or to get rid of some coffee, in case a bus came in your absence.

The experience was good except for the fact that on my return I waited almost 30 minutes before being transported to the car park. I thought this unnecessarily long and other people were getting quite agitated about it. In fact, the drive spend a good 10 minutes chatting to a colleague before departing! Not very professional.

Very easy to find, out of your car and in a bus to the airport within 10 mins!

I travel frequently from England to Ireland and France and find all airports charge an exorbitant price for the parking facilities. No matter how friendly and helpful the staff and punctual the transfers, the price is too much.

Overall the carpark service is good with ease of entry and exit particularly as on each ocassion travellers just want to get to their destination asap. Journey out was particularly good with ample parking with available buses waiting at close by stop points. The return journey was a little disappointing with a lengthy wait before finally catching a bus which was therefore overcrowded as quite a large group had formed. It was not clear where the bus would stop asthe bus went past the front of the queue so forcing people who had waited the longest to fight their way on to the bus. Little issues all of which could be improved and give a better customer experience.

Due to a cancelled flight, we were a couple of days overstayed. We explained to the operative on duty and he efficiently and politely let us know what to do and sorted out us leaving.

quick and convenient to book online at a very reasonable cost. The auto number plate camera's worked great with no delay's or problems at all. Car parks are clearly marked and close to bus stops with buses calling every 15 minutes and a short transfer time to the airport. All in all superb and would definately use again next time.

Booked online, when we arrived the cameras recognised my number plate and we drove straight in, parked quickly and got straight onto the waiting bus. No hassles or worries.

Convenient and easy service to use. If you pre book you may have trouble exiting-i have once but on 3 other occasions it has been fine.As long as you have your confirmation email/booking reference the problem is soon sorted.

The long stay parking at Stansted is convient, easy to find and secure. The coach transfers or regular therefore no long waits either in the car park or at the terminal on return to the airport. We shall certainly be using this service again.

Very satisfied until our return from holiday. After a delayed flight and nearly an hour to get through arrivals, we just wanted to get home. The transfer bus took half an hour to arrive and then when we tried to leave the car park our pre-paid ticket would not work. After twice speaking to the machine I was told there was no record of my booking in that car park - even though I had all the paperwork and a reference number - and that I must go to a man in a booth further along. He was already being harassed by someone having the same problem and, in fact, several people were, causing long queues. I showed him my paperwork and he opened a barrier for us. This is not good enough!!!!!

Drawback was that someone had dented the car whilst opening their car door, pity that some car drivers and their passengers are not very careful.

in general the service was good however once again I was the victim of the exit machine not accepting nmy ticket and beign told I had to pay a further 38 pounds lucky I had my receipt number

would recommend to anyone, easy to book and facilities excellent stress free parking

Once I had found out from the parking office that all I had to do was to drive to the barrier and the number plate recognition cameras would do the rest it was so simple and easy.

Never pre-pay for airport parking; if your flight is cancelled (EasyJet of course) it is a very expensive parking space.
