Great service and reliable. The man at the exit barrier was very helpful and efficient, especially when I couldn't supply my booking reference! Transfers - waited a little while for our bus to leave to get to the terminal but it was only minimal (4-7 minutes). Thank you.

It was well signposted and relatively easy to park. The drivers on both buses were very helpful, but I thought it was expensive.

It was a good service the only downside was having to wait for the bus to leave to take me back to my car...

I did not have to speak to customer services so I have marked it as a 3 for not known.

we arrived at the barrier and our ticket printed with the reg no on it. on the back of the ticket there are boxes to write zone and row number as you tend to forget after two weeks in the sun. Bus returning was very prompt, driver helpful. excellent experience

Book online, pick up your ticket as you drive through the security barrier, park the car, hop on the bus. On your return do the reverse. That's it! No hanging around at service desks and form filling etc. Completely hasle free!

Arrived at the airport a little bit late due to accident on M25. Access to the stansted long term carpark was very easy as the camera read the number plate of the car directly. The shuttle bus speeded us to the terminal in plenty of time. We arrived back at some ungodly hour(5am)without luggage. Within 30 min of touching down we were out of the car park and on our way home. I would recommend this. Much cheaper than the taxi alternative.

Long Stay Parking at Stansted Airport is very convenient and safe parking facility with good lighting and directions to the parking Zone are clearly marked. We didn't have to wait long either way for the coach to arrive and drop us off at our destination, hence making our journey very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family - very impressed by the hassle free service :-) Thank you

Arrived with no problems, picked up by the bus within three minutes both ways and delivered to zone quickly. Both drivers were helpful. Entered snd left parking area with no problems.

From our arrival in the early hours, we were able to obtain transport very quickly to the terminal which reduced the stress considerably. The driver was cheerful, the bus clean and the journey to the terminal fairly quick. return was very similar and we were able to leave Stansted and get stuck on the M25 much more easily than expected

Transfers were almost instantaneous! Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, needed at 01:00 when your ticket is not recognised. Only drawback was that the carpark was not well lit on return

This is the 4th time this year we have used your car parking and again very pleased do you offer discount for regular users? if not I think it would be a good idea as we would then all look to you first for our parking

the directions and parking are easy to follow and the bus arrived within minutes. The return journey took longer, the buses seem to get held up at the airport barrier and the one we took also picked up passengers from another couloured zone, which meant the bus was very full. However the driver was jolly and he explained clearly where the bus was going to drop off passseners.

The carpark location is is very easy to get to just off the junction from the M11 with good sign posting. On driving up to the barrier the ANP system reads your number plate and issues with a ticket in which zone to park. There were plenty of spaces and bus service to the terminal was good not waiting too long. The only comment I have is that I my opinion the blue zone bus stop was not clearly sign posted.

Fantastic service would use again, car park was a little expensive compared to Manchester and liverpool airports but well worth it. Car park well lit, well signposted for parking zones , the bus came within 5 mins of waiting, it dropped us off right outside the main terminal just was just great. We would use this service again as it was simple to use and convenient.
