I have tried to contact you with regard to my long stay parking at Stansted due to the volcano erruption. Because I was unable to fly back to England my car has had to be parked for another week. Please can you let me know how I stand in this situation. Many thanks Diana Huskie ENO8 ODH

We were caught up in the ash delays and were very worried about the extra car parking charge but were very pleased to find the extra days were not going to be charged. A good service. Thank you

Last year I waited for the bus to arrive at the car park and it was full with other passengers within only few minutes. This was 04.30am. Comments were made to the driver as to why we had to wait when so many passengers were waiting at the bus stop. The return journey to the car park is usually much better with minimal delay.

Your bus transfer drivers were especially helpful in assisting people during what can be a stressful situation getting to / from the airport. I was impressed by their helpfulness, empathy and care for the differing needs of passengers, and for their communication during the journey. I was a bit apprehensive about the number plate recognition service - none of us want to be the one holding up a queue of traffic because we have made a silly error - however, I took care to enter the correct registration no with my booking and it paid-off. I will be more confident next time with the new system. Thanks.I would use your services again..... sadly I am not sure I would use Ryanair again so it may be some time before I am back at Stansted. Have used these car parks before & they often direct you to a zone which is full, which can be a nitemare when others are hunting in the same zone for a space.

Everything went very smoothly, it's recognised me car, let us in then let us out again all without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this service to fellow travellers.

Turned up at the automated barrier & got in without any problems (numberplate recognition). Once parked I managed to get a bus straight away & got to the airport in excellent time. As for the return journey, the bus stop was fairly well signposted and a bus was waiting there when I arrived, despite it being quite late at night. Got on the bus & after a short journey was back at the car park. No problems at all with the car or getting out.

when you arrived back at night bus drops you at alphabet no and you quickly find your car with no problem car was in a safe place to give you a peace of mind when you are away k drew

The bus service from the terminal back to the car park was DISGRACEFUL. Only one bus served all 3 parking areas, there was hardly enough room for all the passengers and there was a very long wait. I recommend that you give HIGH PRIORITY to trying to improve this service.

A good experience. So easy to get to of the motorway. The coach way already waiting after we had parked the car and on return there it was waiting outside the terminal building. I don't know if that was good timing on our part or it always happens that way. I would use you again when the need arises

I absentmindedly left my mobile phone on the front seat of my car. I realised this whilst I was on the shuttle bus to the airport. The driver explained that for safety reasons he couldn't drop me between car park and airport, but that he would get me back in time. Once everyone had got off the bus, he whisked me back to the car park, and then passed me onto a colleague, who then drove his car to my car park area. Both were very amenable, polite and helpful. And I made my flight. Thank you!

Quite effortless and well worth the money for our short stay. Worth remembering though - make a note of your location of parking when returning on the back of your ticket - it certainly helps after a long day/night of travelling when you are somewhat bleary eyed! Also, it still begs belief that people dont read the instructions and sit at the exit barrier waiting for it to lift! oops.

Normally we take the train and a taxi to and from the airport and this does tend to eat into our budget so having discovered how reasonable airport parking is we will do it again.

Very impressed by auto number plate recognition system, making pre-booked parking very easy. Transfers etc generally good as one would expect.

It was easy, straight forward, no hassle. Well organised car park, coach transfers to/from airport quick and drivers friendly.

From the moment you book online, and when the camera takes a picture of your number plate as you enter the car park, without putting your credit card in the machine, to when you return late on a cold winter's evening, the experience of this car parking service is extremely efficient. I would recommend it to anyone.

There were no problems, waiting or last minute problems either end of the time the car was left in the parking area. A very efficient recognition system and the transfer drivers were cheery and helpful too! Thanks

Have used this service before and always find it works really well. Easy to book, easy to find, good directions to the first available car parking area (well marked) and there's usually a coach waiting to transfer to the airport. Have never had to wait long for a coach for the return journey. Clear instructions from driver for when reaching your designated car park.
