I had a very slight problem at the entrance the number plate reconition did not reconise my number plate. Everything else was a very good service.

I would definitely use again. My my return flight was cancelled and I had to stay an extra night in the car park and I was not charged. You don't have to hand in your keys so there is no problem with worrying about your vehicle being use (which has happened to me before). The tranfer to the airport was quick and the driver even reminded us with Car park we have parked in, as we forgot to make a note! oops. Excellent price :o)

We were very impressed with the whole experience. Straightforward and effortless. A much easier optioh than taking the coach which leaves every hour. The shuttle buses were very smart and frequent. A totally relaxing experience.

Very Good experience, excellent value for money. Transfer from airport back to car lenghthier than expected ( i.e via short stay car park...) and coach crowded. On return leg, could the coach stop be sited closer to the arrival area ?

Really worth doing, the parking was simple and easy. The buses bothe there and on the way back were waiting and it made a great start and end to our holiday. I have recommended the service to a friend and would recommend to anyone.

We arrived and the gate let us in via our registration. Plenty of parking spaces. The transfer was almost automatic and got to the terminal in plenty of time. On our journey back is was just the reverse. A very good experience.

The instuctions on how to get to the parking are spot on. The photo of the registration number is the quickest I have seen The zone to park is well sign posted with good line marking and lighting ,very clean with the boarders well tended. The bus was clean and well driven in both directions. On leaving the ticket machine processed the ticket Quickly and we where on our way home. One of the best Car parks in the Country

The instructions on booking it were very clear. Easy to drive up to barrier and collect ticket. On leaving there was a queue to pay to leave and the prepaid queue which was much quicker. There was a helpful attendant who let us out the barrier manually as there was a problem with the barrier. Despite this problem it was very quick to leave. Would recommend and use this service again.

No problems in finding and getting car parked. Transfer bus shut the doors just in front of my nose which was a bit annoying and I had to wait 10 minutes. - Some toilet facilities when arriving at the car park after a long journey would be excellent. Would certainly use again.

I have to say that it is easy, helpful and organise to get your car so close to the aiport and mainly when you come back from holidays to get back home. The time spent driving and your own timtable is also a good advance going by your car and parking just there.

We easly found the car park, the directions were clear and not at all missleading. We went through the gate with no problems as the machine registered the car within secunds. We parked the car and made our way to the bus. Make sure you remember whitch colour car park you parked your car in. The journey to the terminal takes approx. 10mins. Way back is easy too, the buses are parked outside the terminal, just remember the colour. Overall we are pleased with the way the car park works and would certainly recommend.

I paid up-front for long-term parking at Stansted. My flights were cancelled because of volcanic ash. The car park reused to reimburse me.t

Arriving the night before a 6am flight I called in at the car park to ensure I was in the right place. The chap was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. The next morning at 3.30am I had absolutely no problem getting in or parking-up, all very straight forward and there was a transfer bus waiting to take us the few minutes to the airport. Upon return from holiday we got a bus no problem outside the terminal to the carpark. Within a few minutes we were out and on our way home, all very easy.

The barrier systme is very efficient and everywhere is well signposted.

Pretty good service really. There are a large number of zones in the car park and I'd imagine that if the bus got to your zone last then you'd be a bit hacked off, but in general very efficient. Would use again.

Clear signage, clean coach running on time. Delighted to be let off addittional charges due to volcano dust delay. First time user, will use again.
