Really easy safe parking just leave plenty of time before your flight. Very positive service, toilets at the entrance so after a long drive very convenante and clean. Fab service.

With the efficiency of the booking process plus the ease of parking and transfer to the terminal this was a very recommendable service to use and I shall do so again.

The organisation of the facilities helped to get our holiday to a good start - and made coming home more bearable.

The transfer to and fro the airport to the car park was excellent, the car is also a very secured area that gives peace of mind. the barrier recognition of plate number was to much. excellent services.

My first time at Stanstead and didn't know what to expect.3.30 am so I didn't need problems. There weren't any. Didn't have contact with any staff except the drivers. I found the 10 minute wait, on the bus, at the terminal frustrating on return but it was within the parameters we had been given. Would use you again.

I found the price charged to be more than faverable, the parking areas were well laid out , you were never to far from a bus stoping area, the buses were frequent comfortable and speedy. I found the whole experience a painless one and would have no problem recomending this service to others.

Car park easy to find, we travelled from Birmingham. The entry system is excellent, simply scans the car reg, prints a ticket and opens the barrier. No hassle with cards etc. Transfers were prompt. Going - the bus was really full so we had to stand, this was not to good with our two year old but that's more about the consideration of other passengers! Return - no problems prompt service. Exiting car park was straight forward. I would definitely use this car parking again.

Directions were clear, and the number plate recognition very nifty. It was a bit of a haul round the zones to reach the one specified at the entrance. Bus arrived within ten minutes. On return, very full bus from terminal, really should have had a second one. Not a cheery experience at midnight of a long day. If we'd had big luggage and young children, it would have been a pain.

Easy to find and good signage within the car park. Had trouble with car on return but staff allowed breakdown service in with no problem. Thank you.

We were confused by the letters and numbers at the parking site and bus stops because we were returning after dark. the staff were very helpful and courteous and though it took a little time we were able to ge out to continue our journey with no hassle.

What can I say!! Booked on line, no extra charge for using a debit card. Turn up at the gate, take a ticket, insert it on the way out and off you go, easy :)

Never had to wait signposted nice and clear ,coach waiting on departure and arrival, driver informed us coming upto various disembark points was well pleased

Can't comment on parking staff as we only ever saw the bus drivers and they were fine

It is the first time I've used long stay parking. The bus service to/from the parking was very efficient, the parking was well lit and the price was reasonable as I booked in advance. I would definitely use long stay parking at Stansted again.

I was amazed how the Registration Recognition system worked I was recognised. I had no interaction with anyone though. Everything was automated. Would recomend to anyone to save the amount I did. Kenny

Easy to find and transfer busses ran very fequently. Good value for money, secure car park. Easy on leaving just to insert the origional barrier ticket. Web site user friendly too.

The service was friendly efficient and all that you could ask for from booking to picking up the car at the end of our holiday. Even the coach driver we had was helpful and cheerful. Cheers Ian

The the person meeting us on the departure part of journey was waiting for us at the set down point which was very good. On our return we did have to wait about 10 minutes for our car to be returned to the pick up point. All in all though we were very satisfied with the service.

this parking experience was amazing. there was no delay at any time in any where.simple and easy way to park cars securely. At the gate parking staff was very friendly without any delay we were out.
