The staff were very helpfull. I had a problem with my online booking and the staff at the reception area just let me drop off my car, put me on the transfer bus and offered to sort everything out for me. On my return everything had been done and it was just a matter of handing in my ticket and driving away. I could not have asked for more.

brilliant service parked car booked in, was on way to airport staightaway. return journey waited about 10 minutes which was expected as there was a lot of people waitng and we were back of queue, once back to car park collected my key and away ,brilliant will deffinatley use again

i found the park and fly to be fantastic, highly recommended. it was the 1st time i has used the service and was very impressed. the staff were very helpful and my car was waiting for me next to the office on my return. the transfers too and from the airport went smoothly and the staff were only too pleased to help. definately would use again

Despite a confirmed booking from "Simplyparking", my arrival at "Park and Fly" was unexpected and I was treated as a "walk-in" customer, which added unnecssary delay to the process with all relevant details having to be recorded again.(Allegedly "Simplyparking" had not informed "Park & Fly" of the booking made about a week earlier?). Staff were, however, helpful in sorting out the situation.

I have used this car park on several occasions. My only issue is that at times there can be a queue waiting to process the paperwork on initial arrival. On my most recent trip the wait was over 10 minutes. Otherwise all other parts of the service were very good.

Tried unsuccessfully to raise the office but no reply. Two other families also in same predicament. When transfer did arrive - staff very apologetic - but still could not fit us all in - so had to wait again. They obviously had only one vehicle operating at that time . Experience did not ruin the trip - but was a little uncomfortable for a while.

Very efficient service. Only two minutes from the airport, easy location to get to. Staff immediatly on hand with bus waiting to take us to the airport. On our return same again. Dropped of at the car so no problems moving cases etc. Would highly recommend this service

The standard of service was excellent, the car was parked for us and transfer to the airport was immediate. The parking is so close to the airport the transfer only took minutes and we were dropped off with minimum distance to the departures entrance. On return, even though the flight was delayed,the mini bus was waiting for us and took us straight to our car. I would certainly use this service again,it made arrival at and departure from the airport so much easier and hassle free.

I'm being picky with the rain shelter thing, the bus picked us up almost immediately and in less than 5 mins we were at the airport, like wise on our return despite the fact that the plane was several hours late. We were dropped back beside our car in the carpark.

Bit difficult to find - had to go round the island a few times! First impressions are that the place is a bit scruffy but as soon as you speak to the first person you know that it is going to be a good parking experience. Really helpful and friendly staff very quick and efficient transfer to and from terminal building

While I understand that there is not enough room for all clients to enter the reception along with their luggage, as a lone female traveller, I was a little apprehensive about leaving my baggage outside and unattended while I booked my car in. Apart from this small gripe, great service, thanks!

Will definitely use Park and Fly again - no problems at all with the service. My main complaint would be about setting up the booking on the web; I found the website for Newcastle airport's parking options confusing. It was useful to compare the various services but, once I'd made my decision to choose Park and Fly, I wasn't clear whether I was contracting to do this with the right company as there seemed to be a number to choose from.

The servce was great however i think that there could be better deals for parking i.e. giving disscount for the longer you use the facility or concesions for people who use your company mor than once. Appart from the price being almost the same as everyone ells your service is second to none, lowering the price would ensure that you would be at the top of your game.

On arrival at Park & Fly one of the staff advised me that the car park was full & that I had to go to Long Stay car park in airport at no extra cost.Would have appreciated being told this in advance.Ratings for Facilities,Transfers & Value for money are for Long Stay car park.

Staff welcomed us and were very efficient and friendly. Transfer to terminal was immediate and takes 2 mins. Pick up was immediate - they watch flights as ours was delayed. The driver wsa very welcoming and hoped we had had a good holiday. I would recommend this parking without reservation.

at first i missed the turning for the car park but eventually arrived and was greeted by a friendly gentle man who explained what will happen and in no time the bus arrived to pick us up. my vehicle was kept safe and I was dropped off next to my car, collected my keys , and drove safely home. thank you

45 pounds for a weeks parking at newcastle airport is in my view a complete rip off. I paid 18 pounds for the same experience at edinburgh airport last august! no difference in service or anything else, just much better value. it begs the question.... why??? can anyone tell me ?

I found all the men at the car park to be very helpful and they even had a sense of humour! The mini bus was there on our return and our car was waiting ready for us to drive off. We would use this service again and would recommend it to our friends.

We arrived earlier than we expected but there was a bus ready to transfer us within minutes of booking in. On the return journey after collecting our suitcases we left the terminal as we approached the pick-up point the bus arrived, it could not have been easier, this is the second time we have used Sinbply parking and we have already another booking with them.

On our return to the airport the pick up point was not clearly marked and we had to ask another bus driver. The first 3 courtesy buses filled up very quickly and we had to wait for about 30 minutes or more in the rain. Maybe the company could use larger buses for the transfer?
