Excellent service. paperwork quick and easy. No hanging around or trying to find a parking space -just signed and was taken to terminal. On arrival back(despite small delay) coach waiting for us just outside and stright to office. Cars ready for us - just picked up keys, signed and left. Much quicker than airport parking

I have used park and fly 3 times this year and have been extremely impressed with their service .From arriving at the park and the quick efficient check in.The transfer to the terminal was immediate each time and the bus was waiting to pick us up when we returned home. an excellent service

We were very pleased with the whole experience of the park and fly service .From check in to leaving we felt that we were respected and that standards were high. We have used similar facilities at other airports and also Newcastle 's own carpark ,this was by far our best experience and they will be top of the list next time. Well done to the staff.

I have used Park & Fly several times and I am going to use them again shortly. Transfers to the airport are usually quick and trouble free, but pick ups can be hit and miss. If your after simple secure parking within close proximity to the airport then this is for you. Some happy pills for the staff might help and some undercover parking otherwise everything is good.

Extremely satisfied with service. We travelled from Scotland and were very pleased about how close the parking was to the airport. We never waited anymore than a few minutes for transfers. Staff were very polite and helpful. Car was open and at the front ready for us arriving home. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you very much.

We have used this service several times and it has been excellent. They have been there to pick us up after the flight and the car is ready and waiting for us to drive off! I would highly recommend them. Our friends used it for the first time and were equally impressed. Keep up the good work!

Excellent, friendly service with smooth 4.00am check-in. Waited 2 mins for the mini-bus transfer. On return, again a very short wait for the mini-bus, welcoming driver and taken direct to the car for luggage transfer. Faultless - recommended and will use again.

Have used Park and Fly several times and always found their service excellent. Driver has always been waiting at the airport on return. Staff are always friendly, even at 4 o'clock in the morning! Would highly recommend Park and Fly.

Would definitely use this carpark again. Very inexpensive and easy to book. Polite, helpful and efficient staff. Everything ran like clockwork and reduced the stress of our holiday. I especially appreciated this. My wife and I are almost 70 years old.

First time I used such a service - and I would recommend Newcastle Park & Fly. No fuss, no hassle, no delays.

In the main a very good service. However, had a 10 min wait for a bus to collect us from the airport, not what you want in the early hrs of the morning.

Have never flown from Newcastle before as living in Yorkshire usually go from Manchester. Having no option this year but to go from Newcastle it was an unkown quantity. Will definitely fly from here in future, not least because of the servive and close proximity to the airport. Mini bus was there when we arrived so booking in and getting to terminal took no longer than 5 mins. Thought this was too good to be true and expected to have to wait for bus when we returned in the middle of night, but it was there and again we were leaving the car park in about 5 mins.

We were delighted with the service we received. Punctuality was great and the driver was more than willing to help. Would definitely recommend this Car Park and will use again. Thanks for everything.
