I have used Park and Fly at Newcastle on two occassions recently for short trips away (4 adults in party).I previously used other parking operators around the airport but find Newcastle Park and Fly the best. They park right next to the terminal saving long walks with cases etc and their trnsfers vehicles are clean and up to date.Booking-In is hassle free and within minutes you are safely across to the terminal.On return because they monitor flights there is no need to find a phone like other operators.The mini bus was there on time and waiting with a curteous frindly driver eager to handle your luggage.Our car back at base was along side the mini bus stop ready and waiting.

This is the first time i have used Newcastle Airport. We live in Leeds. I shall certainly use the airport again in the main because of the easy, efficient, friendly and cheap Park and Fly facilities offered by thios car park. It is minutes from the A1 and literally a minute or two from the Airport Terminal. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Very impressed. I would recommend it to anyone flying out of Newcastle International.

Car park seemed fine when we arrived - lots of spaces. We parked, and left for airport, whereupon we were followed by the attendants who told airport staff we were 'blocking the car park entrance' (???) which we were not, and that we needed to return to give them my car keys. Upon return I discovered they had cars parked back to back often touching each other in a grotty space at the back of the car park. I was not happy about leaving my keys yet was told I had to (even though this had not been stipulated beforehand). This all led to a slightly embarrassing, frustrating situation for a car park that was not that cheap in comparison with others where you are assigned your own space.

I have used Newcastle P&F regularly and find the service exceptional. Your drivers are always pleasant and chatty, my car is always ready on my return, and being dropped off next to my car means no carrying of baggage for any distance. Well done all round.

The best airport car parking experience ever!!! On our return as we emerged from the terminal buiding the driver was there to collect us! It was barely a 5 minute drive back to our car - great value for money - next time we wouldn't even consider anyone else!

The staff were efficient and helpful. No delays when checking the car in & no delays on return. The staff made sure your car was ready for leaving & parked the mini-bus alongside for ease of transferring our luggage. Much better than Belair down the road where it all felt a bit dodgy.

Everything was well organised and very professionally run. The minibus was waiting outside the airport when we exited the arrivals lounge. The car was ready when we arrived at the car parking area. Very professional.

The directions are misleading. After turning off the dual carriageway, we drove round for quarter of an hour looking for the car park. Probably did an extra 3 miles or more unnecessarily. At 3.30 am there are not many people about that you can ask for directions! Once we had found it, we only had to wait a few minutes going to the airport for a bus from the car park. Coming back, the bus was at the airport when we came out of the arrivals terminal.

Everything was done efficiently with a friendly attitude. No complaints at all!

Dropped car at reception and went straight to airport - courtesy bus a little shabby - on return waited about 2 mins for bus then we were dropped off next to our car so we got loaded up and on the road much faster than prior trips when we had to wait for someone to get keys then troop off to find car - will definately use again.

There was no hassle getting parked. Staff sorted everything out for us. The transfer to the airport was immediate, no delays. We were picked up straight away. I would recommend these to anyone and will use them again. They were the most competitively priced car park.

Overall an excellent service which I would certainly use again. The only problem I encountered was difficulty in locating the car park due to unclear directions given. It would be easier to find if the directions had stated that you took the 3rd turnoff at the airport entrance roundabout.

Couldn't have been dealt with better. Even though our return flight was late, the minibus was there waiting for us on arrival. Took less than 10 mins to be on the road home. Excellent!

I was very please with the service. The staff were all very organised and both drop off and pick up were very easy. I was on my own and I could not have wished for an easier way to park the car. I have recommended it to friends and I will use the service again. Thank you

About half the price of the "On Airport" parking.Took less than 5 mins to process paperwork and then a 3 min transfer to airport. Car was waiting at reception for me when I returned-no need to wander around a carpark cos you forgot where you parked the car! Will certainly use again

Finding the car park was a little bit wierd cos i kept driving past the airport roundabout and looking for the next turn. Maybe directions should say to take the third exit off the airport roundabout. Apart from that the service was excellent we did not have to wait to be taken into the airport and only waited a couple of minutes for a pick up. very good value for money

The staff were very friendly, and we were taken to the airport within minutes of arriving at the reception area. On return,the bus driver picked us up within 3 minutes of waiting just outside the terminal building. I would definitely use this company again .

Spent half an hour on a dark morning looking for the site. No signs visible from main road in front of airport. Instructions for location very unclear and actually inaccurate. Gave up and ended up using long stay car park at cost of £40 having already paid £25 to Park and Fly for booking. We were not alone - met 2 other "lost" cars looking for Park and Fly who ended up in long stay. Highly frustrating! Would not recommend or use again!

After finally finding the car park we were impressed with the set up. Once booked in we were whisked off to the airport with no problems at all. On our return our flight was delayed by four and a half hours but within 5 minutes of clearing out baggage the minibus was there to take us to the car park. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would use the company again if I was flying out of Newcastle.

Most impressed by the staff and the organisation, to arrive back in the coach at the car park and find that the cars pertaining to our flight lined up doors unocked, keys secure in the office, ready to transfer luggage to car boot, more especially at 2 am in the morning - is pretty good - thank you.
