We drove straight into the Park and Fly left our car outside the door, gave the key to the attendant and got on the transfer bus. Fast and easy, no long trek to find a bus stop. On the way back the bus was waiting for us outside the airport to transfer us straight back to our car. Fantastic service. Pleasant and fast, plus it was the cheapest.

We did not get to use the facilities because when we arrived to park the police were turning everyone away due we were told to a security alert and we were advised to park in the airport long stay and sort out the problem when we got back. I have spoken to Customer Services today who have advised me to make contact via letter to reclaim the money I paid. Please disregard my ratings as not applicable because of above but would not let me continue without.

This service is good value & easy to use/find. Short distance to terminal building, maybe 300 yards. Bit of a delay dropping off the car - "computer is slow today". On return driver drove off empty just as we got to the minibus. Decided to walk. Suitably apologetic when we got there - cited severe workload problems although no other customers seen.

I found employees of this company extremely helpful and courteous. Transfers are on demand and employees are alerted to your incoming flight landing and are waiting at the terminal to take you back to your car. Will certainly use this company again.

Having use the on site parking at the airport for the past few years we knew how it worked so were slightly reluctant to try anything else. However we were swayed by the lower cost and after using it we will not be going back to the on site option again. The staff was helpful, polite and efficient and this is certainly a service we will be recommending to our family and friends.

Right next door to airport, however we managed to drive straight past it. Great service, bus waiting to take us into airport approx 3 mins, and waiting for us when we arrived back even though we were delayed. Would use again and will recommend to my friends

I'm not a happy bunny I contacted the Carpark on Monday the 25th June to confirm my booking as I had lost my booking form. I was told that there was NO booking and it would cost £32 to rebook. I took my business to Callerton for a cost of £30. I will be making a further booking in the next day or so for a 5day reservation starting on the 12 July. Your comments and suggestions please.

I have always been picked up and dropped off by a family member in the past so was very nervous when i booked this. I will never ever faff on asking someone to drop me off again as Park and fly was such a breeze. From the moment we got there to the moment we got back we were dealt with not only by friendly staff but they were so efficient. It is very easy to find and I will be definately using their service again.

We use this car park at Newcastle 3 or 4 times each year and have received excellent service each time, efficient and friendly staff, excellent transfers, so close to the Airport with prompt pick up on return. We will continue to recomend it to friends and family.

We used Park and Fly before and found it very good. not the cheapest but good service. However, on our latest trip to Cyprus on the 27th of May 2007 we found the trip to the airport from the Park & Fly office a little too fast despite we had time to spare. There was no consideration by the driver for his passengers. We were having to really hold on to our seats. The worst part was when we returned on the 3rd of June 2007. We arrived at 9:45 pm approx. and were nearly the last ones through the customs. We arrived at the Park & Fly pick up point only to see the Pick up truck flying away. It was approx 10:43 pm. We all (five of us) took turns to wait outside hoping that the pick up will be back within 15 minutes. It was not and we tried to contact the office. After several attempts we got a reply telling us "the van is on its way". We know it takes about 5 minutes maximum. We waited for 15/20 minutes and then rang again. Eventually we were collected about 11:40 pm. It was very frustrating. One of doors at the back of the van where we opened to put our luggage in would not opened. "It is broken" we were informed in a somewhat annoying tone of voice". At least the drive back to the office was not as unpleasant as the drive to the airport. Will we use the Park & Fly facility again? I do not know. I will consider it at the time of my next fly. Christos Katsambis

Newcastle Airport Park and Fly is excellent. Located really close to the terminal the transfer only takes a minute or 2. The staff are really friendly and you know that your car is safely parked in a compound well away from the main road. I have used this facility 3 times and will use it again in the future without hesitation.

The only sligh hicup was that the attendant was missing from the reception desk on our return and we had to wait about 5 minutes for him to return to get the keys- otherwise great as usual- an optional valet service would be a nice addition so we could come back to a sparkling clean car.

The nearest park to the airport. Not well signed from the roundabout and its easy to miss. They have a special deal which allows them to drop you at the door rather than a 3 minute walk away which is great. Other parks ask you to call them on arrival and they come to collect you on demand. This company relies upon the airport info system which had gone down when i was there and meant that passengers were waiting around to be collected for some time. Staff are very helpful. Could do better - but if they get it right will be the best car park for newcastle as long as prices are competitive.

really smooth drop-off - they do it all for you - i'd arrived at the car park, dropped my keys off and jumped into their minibus all within 5 mins, and the same was true when i returned - picked up within a few mins, given my keys back, my car had been brought round close to the office so i didn't have to go hunting among the rows of cars - job done! highly recommended.

Quickest and easiest car park at Newcastle airport by far, its probably closer to the terminal than the airports own car park. The staff were helpful, and within 5 minutes of arriving we were on our way to the airport by minibus. When we came back from our trip the minibus was waitnig for us right outside the terminal, highly recommend their services.

we only booked an hour before we flew ,but we were transfered quickly to airport arrivals and the driver was wiating for us when we returned, even though the flight was early.because of the location we felt the car would be safe and secure . we would use park and fly again. robinson from darlington.

On arrival at the car park I was greeted by name, that felt great, very quick booking in and then straight away transferred by minibus to terminal. Could not be better. On arrival back at airport, driver was there to meet me, loaded my luggage and straight to the carpark where my car was waiting, collected keys and off I went. Whole process could not be easier - highly recommended and I WILL use them again.

The only thing I was unhapy about was that after dropping off my car and ariving at the airport I discovered that my flight had been cancelled. I contacted your office and was advised that there was nothing that could be done by way of a refund or credit which I could use later this year. This was i bit of a disappointment and does not do much for customer relations. Such a shame. Regards Martin

Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Outfit seems to be generally well organised. No doubt about where we needed to wait for courtesy bus on return - bus driver made a point of ensuring we knew when he dropped us at terminal on outward leg of trip. Car was positioned ready to go as soon as we arrived back; it had been pre-placed literally where the courtesy bus dropped us, so there was no need to drag heavy luggage across a car park to get to the car. Will definitely use the facility again. Many thanks to all staff. Point for outward trip: Allow plenty of time for transfer to airport (especially at peak periods), as the roundabout between the car park and the terminal can get EXTREMELY busy.

Very quick transfer time, and bus was waiting for us when we arrived back - we didn't have to phone and then wait. Excellent service.
