The service was excellent. We have not been returned to our car so quickly. I would certainly use Newcastle Park and Fly again and would recommend it to others.

Very fast and great service and very close to the airport, transfer took 4 mins and the staff were very helpfull. All in all a good service i would reccomend it.I will definatly use it again, the price was bang on too. Only point is, the signage is poor, you are looking for an industrial estate and in fact it is right behind the travel inn right at the airport. I got a lost and it took me 10 mins to find it, not a lot of time i have to say. If you are going head into the travel lodge entrance and the car park is round the back.

This is an ideal car park. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The transfers are performed with the minimum of fuss. The last time I landed at Newcastle I only had hand luggage and was in my own car and driving away within 10 minutes of the plane touching down. I wouldn't use anywhere else

Having used their service on a number of occasions, I have always found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. The coach is always waiting for me when I get off my flight - even when it has been delayed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. G. Brannick

We were delayed getting to the airport due to an accident on the motorway.We thought we had missed our flight. When we finally arrived at "Park and Fly" the staff were waiting for us with the welcome "good afternoon Mr Kidd you are a bit late" Our luggage was transfered from our car to the transfer vehicle by the staff and immediately taken to the airport terminal were we just made our flight. We had nothing but praise for the very efficient staff. I will certainly use "Park and Fly" again.

Time and money were saved by not having to order a taxi to the airport. We were taken to the airport with a minimum of delay. The return was almost the same, but a slight delay was encountered due to the number of people to be transported; the shuttle had to make a return trip.

We have used Newcastle Park and Fly on a number of occasions. The car park is very close to the airport, and the transfers very quick and efficient. On all occasions the transfer bus has been waiting for us on our return just outside arrivals. The staff have always been very helpful and we have always had very quick transfers. An excellent service which I will continue to use in the future.

Having tried various carparks at Newcastle Airport and others across the country after twice using Park and Fly, I would now use no other airport car parking.

Apart from waiting in the cold at the airport for ten minutes on return from holiday, everything went smoothly.

We found Newcastle Park and Fly very easily and the check in and pick up was very slick, quick and friendly.

We missed the signs for the car park on the main road and had to double back on ourselves to find the entrance to the car park. The signs are easy to miss. There was a long queue of people waiting to check in their cars at the car park and the member of staff was very slow in checking the vehicles in this was a bit infuriating. The longer the queue got the slower he got, and this was in February don't know what it would be like in the school holidays! We did not have to wait for the mini bus to take us to the terminal it was already waiting. The transfer time was only a few minutes, and we were dropped off at the door. On our return we only had to wait a few minutes for the mini bus to collect us and the driver was cheery and helpful. On our return to the car park our vehicle was waiting for us at the entrance, which made it quick and easy to leave. I would recommend this car park for convenience and price, but arrive at the car park in plenty of time before your check in - I would recommend at least 45 minutes.

Leaving my car was simple and the transfers swift - indeed the mini-bus pulled up as I walked out of the airport on my return.

very quick check in and no waiting around for bus to fill up. My car was ready and waiting for me. Only slight problem was we thought the minibus would be there waiting outside the terminal, as we were told the flights were monitored, so we eventually rang up and it did not take long for someone to arrive and only 5 or 10 minutes in the cold.

When we arrived it was very early on a cold wet December morning. The staff even at that time of day were wide awake and cheerful and the office was nice and warm. We were whisked off to the airport in no time at all by a very friendly and helpful driver, who loaded and unloaded our cases whilst pleasantly chatting to us. It was a different driver coming back but he was just as cheerful and helpful. This is the second time this year we have used your company, and we can only recommend you very highly. Thanks.

booked on line at a good price of £16 - the security regarding my car was a lot better than what I have been offered by bigger companies at other airports. it was good as my car was actually at the car park and not moved 7 miles down the road later unlike the one I used at stanstead.

A great service, easy and quick with peace of mind that your vehicle is secure while you are away on holiday. Will use again if travelling from Newcastle airport! Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

Location very close to airport and also easy to find. We have never had to wait about for the minibus on our return to Newcastle, it is always there waiting for us to arrive. Very satisfactory service.

Excellent service before flight and on return. I would use this facility every time - from a satisfied customer.

No problems other than we we missed turning - do think instructions should say to turn right at airport roundabout and then left to industrial estate. We went past airport roundabout looking for another turning further on for the industrial estate. Once found easy to park, handed over booking and keys and the bus was there to take us to airport; no waiting, which was great as we had our 2 year old with us. Again on return bus waiting to take us to car at 2am driver very friendly and let us know that the roads were icy and to take care driving home. Good experience, will use again.

A highly efficient and friendly company who look after their clients.and are as close to the airport as you can get without being on the runway. I will most definitely use Park & Fly again and will unhesitatingly recommend it to friends, family and anyone who will listen. Many congratulations to you all !
