Arrived at 03.30 in the morning to be taken care of by very helpfull,friendly staff.Took no time at all to do the paperwork and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport-2 minutes.On our return in the snow, the bus was waiting for us-no having to phone ,took us to the car which was waiting for us.Could not fault the service at all, will definatley use this car park again and have no problem in recommending this car park.

Very good service overall, being the closest off site car park to the airport, and the best priced. Only downfall is that if there are a lot of customers on the same flight that need transported back to the car park, you can wait a while for an available coach. It is however less than a 5 minute walk.

I usually use the long stay at Newcastle but thought I would try this one and thank goodness I did! We arrived early morning quickly handed the car over a jumped straight onto the mini bus for a 2 min journey to departures. This was actually faster and nearer than the long stay onsite park! On our return the bus was waiting for us and we collected our car easily. I would certainly recommend this car park and shall use again in the future

On returning, the battery on our car was flat - no problem for the guys, they brought out a jumper pack and had us on the road very quickly. Can't emphasise their friendliness or helpfulness enough. Will definitely use this service again

The best service and parking we have ever had and we normally travel at least four times each year from other airports, but from now on Newcastle will figure at the top of the list of airports to leave from

Overall, good value, but we had to queue for a long time to get back, and some people pushed in as there lacks a definite start and finish point to the queuing point. We would use them again.

Arrival and transport to the airport was very efficient. Upon return however we had to wait 25 minutes in the freezing cold with 3 young children. No apology given.

Really good value, very helpful and friendly staff, really close to the airport so really quick transfer. Don't have to phone for bus on the way back as they monitor your flight and turn up for you. Much easier and cheaper than using the long stay on site as we have before as you don't have to find a space and remeber where it is the get to the coach, ring and wait. Brilliant service. Only problem was we drove past it as it isn't very well sign posted and the directions were not very clear, it's the same turn off as the hotel.

Only one van operating for return flight so could only take some of the waiting passengers and even on the next run, had to put the children on our knees to get all those waiting in.

I arrived at 3.45am, and the guy on the desk had a happy attitude which made the start to the day perfect. Transfer to terminal was approx 2 mins, and upon return transfer was waiting exactly where he dropped me off. The 2 guys who transferred had fantastic attitudes. Overall top marks 110%

Easy to find & very close to the airport. No need to phone to be picked up as flights are monitored & our car was ready waiting where we alighted from the mini-bus, so no need to lug our luggage about. All staff very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed to find, quite by chance, a small dent in my car. The car park denies liability but I am as sure as I can be that it was not there previously having hand-washed it the day before, parking in the garage afterwards and not going anywhere else the following day.

at car park tried to get of shuttle car int.light left on told by driver it will be sorted for me 1wk.later car didnt start got 3 jump starts off staff last one was off site dont know how they new I had stopped again they cant have seen me from the car park superb customer service

We were very pleased that we had booked at Newcastle Park & Fly. We found the whole experience completely trouble free and the staff were very pleasant. We were particularly pleased to find we did not even need to telephone to report our return to Newcastle as transfer vehicles were waiting at the airport for us.

Excellent service. Very close to the airport and transfers were stress free. Within 15 mins of leaving the terminal we were driving home. Will use this service again.

Excellent professional service would highly recommend. Taken to the airport immediately upon dropping off car and minibus waiting when came out of airport on return. Could not ask for any more and very reasonably priced.

We were delayed 5 hours and the staff were still very courteous even though this must have also caused them chaos. Checkin in my car and getting it back were completed in under 5 mins with the coach service prompt also with the biggest benefit being so close to the airport!

Very close to airport. Very quick turn around on dropoff. (At airport within 10mins of entering car park gate having dropped keys off etc& transferred). On return - minibus arrived to pick us up within 2mins, quick transfer & turn around - again out of carpark within 10 mins of exiting airport.

we arrived early on cold morning but we not left waiting in cold as mini buses very frequent. on return again the buses were frequent and efficient. without doubt use them again, and recommend them to friends.
