I soon as I arrived at the car park, I signed in and i was taken straight to the terminal. Coach was already waiting when I arrived back from holiday. A very easy car park to find and it was only 2 minutes away from airport. Will use this car park evertime now. Could not fault anything.

I chose this company as being the cheapest and found it to be the best decision I've made. The site is really easy to find with clear directions given on the order form. On arriving the administration process was quick and efficient and our cases were loaded onto the waiting mini bus for us and we were taken straight to the airport, 2 minutes ride away. We stopped right outside the entrance and the friendly driver unloaded our cases for us. On return the mini bus was waiting in exactly the same place right outside the airport entrance without us even having to ring them and wait for their arrival. First class service from beginning to end and much quicker than the om-airport parking which we've always used in the past. Have booked them again for my summer holiday and would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone. Many thanks

This was our first time using this parking service we were impressed by how easy it was to find. Every one was really friendly and helpful and the pick up service was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using this service again.

Found car park easily from directions supplied, while i was in the office handing in my keys my bags were loaded onto mini bus and within 3 minutes of arrival we were on our way to airport.On our return we waited no more than 5 minutes and our driver took our bags to the car while i collected my keys

Upon arrival back at Newcastle, I was surprised to find that there was only one shuttle operating. As three flights arrived within 30 minutes of each other, this delayed transfer to the park & ride. If the weather had been bad I would have been slightly upset by this. I would however have no reservations about using the facility in the future.

The service was brilliant no complaints at all! Very easy to find. The guy in the airport parking asked what flight i was travelling back on and the mini bus was waiting to take me back to the car when i got out of the airport!! I will be using this service again!

Excellent service. Very close to airport & hotel but with totally secure parking. Dropped off & picked at the door of terminal - in fact bus was waiting for us on our return. Definitely one to use again.

A very pleasant & easy experience. The parking is close to the terminal (less than 5 minutes away) and the minibus runs are frequent. Would definitely use again.

facilities were excellent, dealt with efficently with the minimum of fuss, transfer bus was waiting for us arriving and departing, even dropped us at our car on return, office staff were very helpful - would certainly use again

The staff were freindly and made sure you were aware that they watched your return flight for time etc. My car was ready when I returned to the park.

Have used Newcastle Park & Fly for a number of years now, and the service is always the same.Staff are very efficient & courteous and the service is great. The facilities are first class and it is good to relax & get on with the rest of the journey knowing that my car is safe & secure.

Problem free, with helpful staff. 10 minutes after arriving with the car at the car park office we were at the terminal.Reurn was equally fast & efficient. Will use park& fly again.

We found the staff very friendly, But the biggest plus was that the bus was waiting for us on arrival so we spent no time hanging around a cold wet airport at 04:30.

I thought we had excellent service - the hand over of the keys in the office and the ride to the airport all were laid on for our arrival, we were dropped off and told that this was our pick up point - had a short wait on our arrival for our bus from the airport to our car but the driver was well informed of what flight we were off helped us load and unload our baggage when we arrived at our car - key pickup very quick and off home we went - all went really smoothly and would recommend your service to all my friend and family - much quicker than the airport parking facility next to the airport.

The entire process was simple from booking to checking in and then being dropped off and collected. It was the best service we have experienced when leaving our car and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

I have used long stay car park on airport for many years but i will not use it again after using park and ride couldnt fault a thing from directions of how to get there,swift check in and most pleasant and helpful staff 100% spot on.

Efficient and helpful staff. A delayed flight meant a missed connection to Newcastle. A phone call informed them and they were waiting for us at our new arrival time.

We were very pleased with the service received. The car park was secure, the transfer was quick and effeicient and booking online meant minimal time spent checking in. We will use the same company next time we fly from Newcastle.

On return we only waited a few minutes before we were picked up and taken back to the carpark. checked in at reception and we were on our way home in no time. Well worth the fee for the week and the customer service.we would use park and fly anytime. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

On arrival, I was met by a polite parking attendant. He booked me in, gave me a receipt for my keys, and assured me that my vehicle would be secure when I was away. When I was dropped off at the terminal, I was told that on my return I would be picked up from the same place, and that the parking attendants monitored flights. He wished me a good holiday, and off I went. On my return, I waited about 15 mins for pickup. All in all a good experience.
