Second time I have used them. They are quicker and better and cheaper than the Airport car park itself! I'll certainly use them next time I use Newcastle Airport.

Excellent service. Arrived at car park 5.30am and after booking in I was at terminal by 5.45am. Shuttle bus was waiting at arrivals on return. Will use again.

this car park is very close to the airport and transfer times are therefore very short. Staff were very friendly and helpful - and as they monitor flight arrivals the bus was waiting for us outside the terminal on our way back! Will definitely use them again.

Very pleasant staff, quick service, Car started and brought to the entrance waiting for you so you dont have to walk any distance. Will definatly use the service again.

I have used this facility twice now and I will use it again in future. The staff are friendly and the transfers are great,it is much cheaper and easier than using taxi's.

Good value and excellent service. We have used this service 3 times now and have not waited more than a couple of minutes to be transferred to or back from the airport. Very efficient service, wouldn't go anywhere else!

i found my experience very assuring and very profesional staff with all checks carrried out to ensure i was the owner of the vehicle before i was allowed the key. definatly recomend this tomy friends

Absolutely effortless transfer both ways. Driver was waiting for us on our return and was very polite and courteous. Car park was well lit and we will definitely use this firm again.

Have used this car park about 4 times now. Very easy to book. Very near to airport and easy to find. Very good price. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Taken quickly to Airport after dropping off car and taken back to carpark quickly on return. No delays. They seem very well organized. No problems whatsoever; the transfer coach was even waiting at the terminal on our return. First class service.

1st time that I had used this service and will use again as it was as good if not better than the on airport parking and a lot cheaper. Bus transfer to the airport is only about 3min so is actually quicker than if you had parked in the medium/long term airport car park and walked to the terminal.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning with a small baby and it was such a pleasure to pull up outside the office and get straight on the mini bus with no fuss, the same on return a bus was waiting and so was our car. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Arrived 7.30am and the minibus was waiting to take us to the airport, which was very close by. The staff parked the car and helped with the luggage. Speedy, simple service from internet to carpark to airport, and the pick up on return was waiting even though our flight was a little late back. We can highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

After a stressful drive from Edinburgh to Newcastle on a very wet day my husband and I were met by extremely helpful and responsive staff. They reassured us we would meet our flight (which we did) and did everything possible to help speed up the process. On our return we were met by a friendly driver and were on our way within 10 minutes. I feel that the service offered was of acceptable value and customer service exceeded this.

Booking was easy, the employees at reception were friendly and efficent, it took just a few minutes to the terminal, coach was clean, driver very helpful, transferred within minutes of arriving at park. On returning the coach was already waiting to pick us up and car was ready when we returned to car park.

Easy to book on line, friendly staff, would have rated facilities higher if more lighting at parking areas, as people with poor eyesight might find this problematic. The directions were good except the last point i.e. you pass by the hotel sign first, before seeing the parking sign.

very very close to airport no threat of missing flight even if you had to walk however no need for this as transfers are very good no waiting time to or from airport. Mind we went at the end of season so maybe have to wait 5 mins or so at peak season

Excellent service provided at the right price. Whether the car was supposed to be open when we returned I don't know. If it was unlocked by the staff prior to our arrival back in the uk, it would have been an added bonus to have started the car and have it heated up.

We have used park and fly on 4 occassions. We have found the service excellent. The staff are always friendly ahd helpful - even at 2am on a very cold night! You don't have to lug you're bags anywhere, they pick your bags up from the car and drop you right back at your car.Always competitive price wize. I will always use them in the future.
