Easy to find, friendly service, prompt drop-off and pick-up - and was cheapest at the time I booked. Will certainly use again.

Mainly good experience - but car seat and other settings had been chnaged by whoever moved the car which was irritating!

On arriving I parked by the office and took in my keys and booked in which only took a couple of minutes when I came out our bags were already in the minibus. On return my car, along with those of others collected from the airport, was parked by the gate and we were dropped off right next to them. All the staff were very efficient and polite. When I next fly from Newcastle I will most definitely use them again.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the airport. Staff are organised, efficient and friendly. Bus was waiting outside terminal on return and documentation and car was ready on return to Parking Lot. Driver helped with luggage. Excellent Service... Sure to use again.

I found that using park and fly in Newcastle was very good value for the money charged and intend to use them again in September.

A free phone number at airport and drop off next to the office, where we had to report to as opposed to beside my car would have helped re inclement weather.

If you know more people are due in off a flight, why not send 2 buses to the airport? (There was another bus sitting but he was not taking passengers to Park & Fly but was waiting for Novotel passengers).

very efficient and friendly service. very prompt pickups on arrival back from holiday and car is ready and waiting for you at the car park this combined with the fact that they are so close to the airport means you are very quickly on your way home. right next door to a prmier inn for anyone who needed an overnight stay. will definately be using them again next year.

Easy to find, painless check in. Waited 10 mins for transport when we got back but no real dramas. Most staff were proficient and friendly. Would certainly use this facility again.

no problems what so ever have parked with this company twice now and would recommend to family and friends. very good value for money will be back again a few months!!

I found the staff very friendly and the service was very quick both going to the airport and on the return. The minibus was comfortable and clean, the driver really took an interest in our son and let him sit in the front, which he was most pleased about! Would use the service again.

Excellent service. Whole process was efficient and speedy. After checking in, we were transferred straight away to the airport and on return mini-bus was waiting to take us short journey back to car park where driver stopped right beside my car and unloaded cases for me.

We arrived at 2.30am and were met by courteous staff who explained the procedures clearly. The coach was waiting to take us to the airport and the driver was friendly and chatty; he explained where our check in desk was likely to be and also where to wait for the return coach after our holiday. We were confident that our car would be safe and secure. All in all, we would certainly recommend Newcastle Park and Fly and will use it again next time we fly from Newcastle.

Had the easiest journey to Newcastle airport in ten years. Stopped at the travel lodge at Seaton Burn the night before and travelled the 5 or so miles to the Park and Fly. Friendly, informative and efficient staff made the transfer to the airport a dream. Thanks to everyone involved.

2nd time ive used "park & fly", but wont be the last. easy to get to, good transfer system, on return, bus dropped me off 10 yds from car, no carrying cases.

Couldn't fault the service. Everyone was friendly and effcient. Didn't have to wait to be taken to or be picked up from the airport. Would definately use this service again and would recommend it to anyone.
