From A1 (both directions):

  • Take slip road to the left, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport.
  • Go along the A696 towards the airport, then take the second slip road on the left, signposted Woolsington and Throckley.
  • At the top of the slip road, turn right over the dual carriageway, straight over the mini roundabout
  • Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

Southbound on the A68/A696:

  • Go through the village of Ponteland, towards Newcastle.
  • Carry on straight over the airport roundabout, and along the dual carriageway (A696).
  • After approximately 500 yards, take the first slip road on the left, signposted for Woolsington and Throckley.
  • At the top of the slip road, turn left.
  • Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

Eastbound on the A69:

  • Travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley.
  • At end of the slip road, turn left onto the B6323.
  • At the T-junction, turn right.
  • Continue on this road and take the 2nd turning to the left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turning for the Airport).
  • Follow the road for approximately 2 miles and when you reach the mini roundabout, go straight over.
  • Go straight over the next roundabout.
  • Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

Return 11.30pm to collect my car from Bellair at Newcastle Airport. My car was parked between two other cars in a poorly lit area. It is my belief that the staff knew of the damage they had caused to my car, hence the strategic parking. Bellair do not have large notices informing you that you must inspect your car before leaving their premises, because they will not inform you of any damage they have caused to your property and you have no claim once you leave their premises. I would never recommend Bellair Airport parking to any one.

We arrived from a traumatic weekend in Paris and got off a late flight. Was not helpful that the staff had lost our car key and didn't know where our car was. We had to wait 45 mins until we spotted our own key and looked for our own car in the dark car park.

Super quick transfer to and from airport. We didn't even have ring to be picked up. Cameras alert staff that you're waiting and we only waited 5 mins. Helpful staff as always.

On departure we had parked the car and were on our way to the airport within about 5 minutes. The journey can't be more than a couple of minutes so the whole transaction was over very quickly with absolutely no hassle. Coming back we stood at the Callerton pick up spot and within a few miuntes a minbus arrived and picked us up, took us to our car and that was that. From leaving the airport departure area to being in our own car took less than 5 minutes. It is an excellent service.

It would appear Callerton Parking customers are the "poor relations" as the driver of the mini bus from Bellair would not take us in his mini bus to collect our car whereas the Callerton mini bus driver was happy to collect ALL waiting passengers to reunite them with their vehicles. It is - after all - the same business. I wasn't happy!!
