There was a billboard outside the mainterminal buildng advertisng on airport parking for about £3.50 per day you chargd me £5.50 I did use a different vehicle from my original booking but that was dealt with satisfactorily

Courtesy buses very frequent and only take 2 mins to terminal or 5-10 min walk. No need to call at car park office on return as exit barrier has numberplate recognition. This needs to be pointed out on instructions.

No problem what so ever. Parked the car jumped on the bus. Arrived at airport. Went on holiday returned, bus back to car park, drove to the barrier. Ran into the office 1 min later a was on the road. No mucking around what's so ever. Recommend to anyone

Friendly staff who helped when my ticket was not recognised by the exit gate. I did not use the transfers as it was just as my car was parked in a space where it was just as quick to walk to the terminal.

You need to take your ticket to the customer services office at the carpark exit and avoid trying to get the exit ticket from the machine in the airport, otherwise straight forward and quick.

Very straight forward to use but was not aware of how to get code for exit. Had to drive to customer services who then punched my card. Don't know if this is the same in every airport but once we worked it out it was very quick and will know the next time.

We arrived 4.30 am and come from Scotland and have never used Newcastle before Staff were friendly - helpfull and on our return i mislaid my ticket But i had my booking confirmation your female staff member was so helpful and assured me not to worry Thank you so much I have told my face book friends of your service

Very close to terminal building. We used transfer bus when we arrived as it was raining; bus arrived within 2 minutes, another 3 minutes and we were in terminal. Would definately use again.
