When collecting our car I actually commented to the staff that the service had been excellent. We arrived at the office handed our on-line booking details and left the car/keys in the capable hands of the staff, feeling totally confident that our car would be looked after.We stepped straight on to a transfer coach which took us to the check in terminal. On return...The coach was there for us and returned us to the Park and Fly park,where our car was waiting for us to drive home.The staff have got to be amongst the most polite and pleasant I have encountered and would certainly use this company on future flights.Thank you!!

It was the first time I'd used the Park and Fly service and was impressed with the value for money and the ease of parking my car, and the shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. I'll definitely use this service again!

I found the whole experience both quick & efficient, despite travelling in the middle of the night with bad weather, the service was second to none, and only minutes from the airport terminal. Will certainly use again!

Delivered exactly what it offered an excellent hassle free service with helpful friendly staff. I have used this service previously and would certainly use again.

We were left to wait for a pick-up for at least 10/15 minutes while all the other coaches arrived and picked up their passengers. In the end we had to ring despite being told that this would be unnecessary. No apology for leaving us to wait in the cold!

Fantastic service. Quick transfers, coach waiting for us at airport for return, no hanging around - fantastic. Would definately recommend & use again & again.

Despite my cons above, still better than onsite parking I have used. We were advised to stay indoors until transport arrived, but with others waiting and going to shelter, we feared never getting transported to our car. I think there had been a flight delay so more than one flight being dealt with at same time.

I have always been worried about how to go to airport when we are going on holiday,taxis are very expensive as i live in sunderland.so my friend told me about parking on airport ,i went on the website n found park n fly car park just next to airport with there pick n drop faciality with very reasonable price.I must say i had wonderful experience and fully satisfied with there services n staff were very polite n helpful.

Having had several poor experiences at Newcastle Airport over the years including having my car radio stolen from a space in a general car park I found this experience very reassuring As a customer from Scotland I found the general staff humour to be a little bit "resigned Geordie" which may not suit everyone (I was born in Newcastle 60 years ago but have spent most adult life in Aussie and Scotland) - only a comment folks, and not a criticism, I know you mean well

undercover area restricted. office small. Morning we left it was raining heavily, everyone unable to get in office for cover. everybodies luggage was getting wet.

We were booked in and transported to the airport in less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly, polite and very efficient and the bus was clean and comfortable. The service was equally as impressive when we were collected and I would definately use Park & Fly in the future. Highly recommended.

I was greatly impressed by the services offered and the fuss free transfer on our return was so welcome after a tiring flight and a delay in retreiving our luggage.MANY THANKS. I will be keeping the business card safe for future use.

Directions to the carpark could have been clearer. Otherwise very efficent and helpful. Would use them next time as there was no hanging about waiting.

Airport proximity and car park security led to reduced stress. 10 mins for car check in/out and airport transfer at each end of the journey is pretty good. Staff smiled a lot and were very friendly. Simple paperwork procedures. Booked parking on-line the night before, yet staff had the details on arrival.

After navigating the narrow entrance road we were greeted by a friendly & wide awake employee (even though it was 3 in the morning). He promptly dealt with our booking & we were immediately transferred onto a clean & comfortable minibus for the short transfer to the terminal. We were given all information regarding our return flight & they kept their promise not to keep us waiting when we came home. Will definitely use again when flying from Newcastle.

Amazing service - drive in, get minibus to airport in 2 minutes. Get collected as soon as you step foot out of the airport again and 2 minutes to get back, right to the car. Flood lights and big fences. Only problem was out-of-order toilet on our return. Would def use again!

Would highly recommend, and will use this service again, they are quick, helpful, and economical compared to on airport charges, and they are literally just round the corner. Many thanks.

Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and dropping off and collection was immediate, only taking 2-3 minutes. Definitely recommend and i will use again.
