Some small signs on the egress route to the roundabout,its a bit twisty and not terribly well lit-small red arrow on a white background at low level every two to three hundred yards would help.Bear in mind its not all Noocassle people who use the airport!!Some are Scots and are lost without their kilts.

Really appreciate help with luggage onto and off the shuttle bus, and fact that drop off and pick up is when you want/ have booked it. Also really like the idea that my car is parked nice and tight up against another car, safe and sound for the duration of my stay away.

This was my first time - Arrived early, excellent Info & assistance clear & consise, car keys taken from us, we were at the airport terminal within minutes( friendly banter on the way ) went on holiday & forgot about the car!. When we returned we stepped outside the terminal, our case was taken from us & loaded onto the shuttle & we were whisked back, our car was readily open for us to place our luggage in ( appreciated ) we then collected our kys from the office & set of home. All in all it was the best service i/we had recieved from any form of outlet for a long,long time. would not go anywhere else for airport parking. EXCELLENT!!!!!

I was very disappointed to find the veh very low on fuel and that it had been driven 30.8 miles, i know for certain as i reset the trip as i left the veh. my soninlaw had a similar experience last year. would i have been insured during this unautharised use??

We would definitely use Newcastle Park and Fly again - this time we would know where to go!! It was 3.30 in the morning but better directions and a clearer sign near the Travelodge would have been very helpful - apart from that I cannot praise the service enough - very friendly personnel, excellent transfer, car waiting even though our flight was 45 minutes early.

the site is very easy to find and is literally only a stones throw from the airport.the staff are very friendly and helpful.the minibuses run very frequently so there is no waiting around for transport,which is just as well as there are no on site toilets for customers.we will certainly use them again.

Well organised and promptly dealt with. The mini bus was waiting when we returned.We were dropped right behind the car so the luggage could be loaded straight in. The only problem was it was torrential rain and I had to go accross to the office with my receipt to get the car keys.I was very wet by the time I got into the car.

after been one of the last ones out we waited half an hour (5am very cold) with our 2 year old tried little girl i phoned to see were your staff were 1-2 mins later we had been picked up so your staff had not known we were there .i have used your comply 10 -15 times in the past and this is not acceptable in my eyes having to phone to inform we were waiting please can you respond as soon as posable as we have many freinds and family who use you so mr michael dufton 18 furness close bishop auckland dl140sr (01388665366) or use my email

We have parked in my airport car parks but this was the first at Newcastle. I cannot praise it highly enough. I was particularly impressed when we returned. The friendly and helpful driver knew which car was ours, it had been brought to the exit and we were away in 5 minutes. I would definitely use the service again and recommend it to others.

We have tried all of the different 'park and ride' companies available at the airport, this being the first time for Park and Fly. Park and Fly have come out 'on top' for us! Booking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent! Would not go anywhere else in future. Watch out for the Park and Fly sign in front of the Travel Inn, its easy to miss!

Excellent overall experience, cheap enough and very reliable - they took us to Newcastle airport immediately and were there waiting outside on our return in courtesy bus, no phone calls to make. Nice cheerful drivers too!

Pleasant service, friendly staff and so close to the airport. We only had to wait about 1 minute to be collected on our return too.

Everything went well. Very efficient, dropped car off, mini bus took us straight to airport and only waited a few minutes on our return for mini bus to take us back to car. Our car was ready for us on return. No problems.

Check in was swift and friendly and the driver (same one both ways) was chatty and helped us with our cases...invaluable when you are traveling with young children. Return journey from the airport was spot on and the driver parked next to our car (he knew which one it was)to minimize the transfer of kids and luggage. I can safely say this was one of the most stress free car parking experiences we have had at any airport...well done.

We dropped off our car and immediately were transported to Terminal where the driver gave us an extra step to make it easier to get off the bus, retrieved our luggage from the bus and checked that we were able to carry our cases. On our return we didn't have to wait for the connection it was a wet,cold night and the driver retrieved our keys and dropped us off next to our car.Thank you for providing an excellent 5 star service

I use this particular car park 4 or 5 times a year. I have tried others for Newcastle Airport, but none meet the overall value for money. The facilities are great, the staff are friendl and polite.Overall a very pleasnat, secure experience.I am priviledged to be able to recommend htem and would not consider any others now.

We were very impressed with the overall service. When we arrived at the car park a bus was waiting to take us to the ariport immediately. the location is excellent. Upon our return the bus was waiting for us and took us straight to our car. Many thanks We will certainly be booking with yourselves again.

Was our first visit to Newcastle airport & parking was not very well signpoted - ended up in main airport parking before figuring it out. Parking was however very close to airport - service from staff was excellent & tranfers to/from superb - will definitely use again - should manage to find it OK next time !! :)

Can't fault the service staff; explained exactly where pick up point would be on return and were there waiting for us. It was great having peace of mind that your car would be safe at the car park - highly recommend.

The car park is easily accessible, well signposted, staff seem completely aware that customers need to get to the airport check-in as soon as possible after parking the car. It all worked very well for us, including the pick-up for the return journey.
