From arriving in our car, we were greeted by very pleasant member of staff even though it was 6-30am. Transfer to airport was very quick and comfortable. On our return the same qaulities shown, every member of staff was helpfull and pleasant.

it was raining when we got back to newcastle not much room under cover whilst we waited for the bus but we were collected and dropped to our car very quickly

Not knowing the area we went around the roundabout a few times before getting the entrance, once inside the staff were very helpful and polite and everything they said should happen did happen, I would definately use the service again.

Can't quite remember the map directions but they were a bit out. Think it said to take the exit after the airport which was meant to direct you to an industrial estate but infact it was signed for a freight terminal. Apart from that, very easy. Would definitely use again.

On-line booking could not have been easier and the handling of the booking when we arrived took all of the hassle out of the arrangements of getting to the airport. We just missed a bus on the way there but still only had to wait 3 minutes, and a friendly face was literally waiting for us when we walked out of the airport terminal. Total time spent at the car park - 10 minutes, total time travelling between car park, airport and back again, 4 minutes, quicker and much easier than parking in the airport car park!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clear instructions given as to transfers and return. Very convenient to drop the car at the office door and returned to the car with no need to carry the baggage any distance.

Found with ease, easy check in, and took over to the airport within minutes. Told us exactly where to meet when we returned. No phoning them like other companies. On return, we didnt have to wait more than 1 minute, bus there and only 3 of us on and took us back to the car park straight away...no hanging about to fill the bus up. Car was ready to drive away. Brilliant!! Will definitely use again.....no more Callerton parking...rubbish compared.!!

Because the booking was made the day before travel the computer had not been updated with my details. This was quickly dealt with by the local staff and i wsa soon on my way to the airport. Transfer both ways was very easy. On return car was parked conveniently for a quick exit.

Pleasant welcome and helped me to get into the transport as I am 78 physically handicapped and travelling alone. Will always use Fly and Park at Newcastle when I have to because of the courteous and helpful staff.

From arrival at the safe parking area to check in queue was at the most 10 minutes, drop off at the Departure entrance is a very good asset to all travelers ,I will certainly recommend this service to one and all,keep up the good workand many thanks. John Hayes
