All in all, the service was really good, the transporter coach was there ready and waiting to take us to the airport as we arrived, and also (even though we'd rung to say we'd arrived back and were on our way out of the airport to wait for them), the coach was already on the way, and was there to greet us as we came out. We found the staff were really friendly, so, no complaints from me.

Agree with other reviews I read about appearence when you arrive but that was minor. I didn't have my return flight number but they new it! Prompt transfer to airport just a couple of mins journey, same on return rang when had luggage and was there within 4-5 mins will use again

the car park was handy for the airport but it was a bit rough and untidy around , Could be a little intimerdating if a female was to arrive as we did at 4 am. LIke an old frm needs to clean up in the office and around the site .As just over the road is a very well run site

Easy to find Callerton Parking following the directions. They put us straight in a minibus and drove to the airport which took about 5 mins max. The only complaint was a couple of the seat belts weren't working. When we returned called the free phone number from the airport and they were there within 10 mins to pick us up and our car was waiting. Should have asked for directions back as then got totally lost and there seemed to be no sign posts anywhere. Callerton staff were friendly and helpful, gave me a hand with the luggage and getting the kids moved over. I would use them again.

Service was good but office & vans tatty. For the difference in price I would go elsewhere next time.

Appearances can be decieving. At first glance a small shed with an old white bus. But, they were very pleasant and courteous. We were transferred immediately to the airport and only had to wait 5min for the tranfer on return. Our car was waiting out front, jet washed, ready to go. Impressed.

This is the worst airport car park I've ever been at. Yes it is cheaper than parking in the airport carpark but the facilities and general state of repair of all aspects of car park is poor. I also noted that on arrival back at my car someone had got into it in muddy feet and left a lot of mud begind them when getting out. Pay the extra tenner and stay somewhere else.

we chose Callerton parking purely because it was the cheapest but we were very pleased with the service and friendly staff. We were picked up within 5 mins of phoning and the car was ready waiting for us. We would use Callerton parking again and have recommended it to others.

A very efficient service delivered by a cheerful friendly staff. The prompt transporting to and from the airport was particularly welcome at this present difficult time for air passengers. Will use again without hesitation and will recommend to friends and family.

Directions to the car park were very easy to follow. Once there the staff quickly deal with your car, park it for you, thehn take you and your luggage immediately to the airport. On return a free phone call brings you a mini bus straight away back to your car - a couple of minutes away. Your car is waiting for you in an accessible place - the whole experience is very well organised with no hassle - a good start and end to your holiday.

quick and efficent in booking in, transport to airport has possibly seen better days but was clean and did the job - fast pick up from airport - car ready , washed and next to entrace ready to drive away in less than a minute from arrival at the car park

I found the service to be very efficient and the staff were very friendly. The moment you arrive at the car park, your luggage is transferred to the minibus, hand in your keys and your off (no waiting around). Upon our return, quick call on freephone number, minibus arrived and your car is ready and waiting by the time you arrive at the carpark. Don't let the appearance of this carpark put you off - looks can be deceiving. I would recommend this car park service and will use again in the future.

The facilities are scruffy and untidy and, on arrival, they did not have a record of my booking. There was no damage to my car on leaving it at Callerton but on picking it up a week later there was obvious damage to the boot where, it appears, someone tried to break in. I brought this to the attention of the staff and a note was taken. On returning home I obtained an estimate for the repair (£136) and E mailed FHR, as requested. They contacted Callerton who denied all responsibility for damage and I have been left facing a bill for £136. There was no question that the damage was incurred at Callerton and, needless to say, in future, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

Would only park here again as a last resort! Transfer vehicle used very 'rough'. Vehicle not large enough for passengers for the return trip and as there was only one vehicle had to wait whilst it came, went and came again. My advice would be to park elsewhere - try Belaire

Excellent, I was greeted immediately as I drove up by a couple of very cheerfull & helpfull men, who ushered me to the entrance for reception, imediately returning to my car, took the luggage from my husband and instructed him to where minibus was and to go ahead and sit in as soon as I came out of reception. Do not be put off by the appearance of Reception (My first impression was that I was in ,what looked like to me, an old scrapyard sidelining in parking a few cars in it due to the old "port-a-cabin" that was the reception area). Fast and organised check-in ( I did not even know my flight number as I was a last minute deal) they assured me the would be able to get the flight number, and obviously did as my flight was delayed 2 hours on returning. They took us to the airport post haste gave clear instructions on what to do to contact them when we arrived back (freephone number) and where the pick-up point would be. On returning ,despite our flight being 2 hours late, the minibus was waiting for us, our luggage taken and put in bus, and once seated comfortably whisked off back to carpark to find our car sitting right baside us at the exit to the carpark, boot open and engine running ready for us to start our journry home, Very inpressed with everything about their service and would highley recommend them to anyone traveling from Newcastle Airport as they were also the cheapest. With the fantastic service offered by Callerton parking, I will now be using them on a regular basis while flying from Newcastle airport. 1, Their parking was the cheapest at Newcastle Airport. 2, When we arrived, they took all of our luggage from the car to the minibus, and gave us a freephone number to call when we arrived back at the airport. 3, We were at the airport within 5 minutes of arriving at Callerton Parking. 4, When we got back to the airport after our holiday, we rang the freephone number and they were there to collect us within 5 mins. 5, We got back to Callerton Parking to find that our car had been washed, the keys in the ignition, the boot open (ready for our luggage) and they had even opened our windows, (as it was a scorching hot day) 6, Without a doubt the best service we have ever recieved from ANY!!! parking company at any airport. AND ALL FOR ONLY £5 PER DAY. (which was half the price quoted by the airport itself)

I was totally disgusted with the reception area as it was filthy, also health and safety issues were not considered as the the van was overloaded with people and suitcases. When I booked on the Internet it stated that the car would be washed which it clearly hadn't been. Finally the most shocking part was when we returned and the van driver said one customers keys had been lost! I wouldn't use Callerton in the future.

We had a long delay coming back from our destination and had to phone Callerton to let them know we would not be collecting car until next day. This was not a problem for them & they didn't charge for the extra day. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were first time users and arrived at night in the dark. Missed the turning in and had to go round again. Clearer brighter signing would help with greater distance for visibility - trim back the vegetation just before the turn-in may help. Would certainly use again if flying from Newcastle.

I was really surprised at how shabby this place was when I arrived and began to wonder how safe my car was going to be. Cars were parked very closely together at the entrance, under trees, filthy and covered in bird cr*p. I wasn't filled with confidence at this point. I wouldn't be too happy if that's where my car was kept for two weeks. Reception area is a sight to behold! The mini-bus used for the airport transfers has also seen better days. That said, we were transferred to and from the airport within minutes of our arrival and the car was sitting waiting for us and had been washed. Staff were friendly enough, although they were rushed off their feet. Unfortunately I didn't see where the car was kept during its stay so I am unable to comment on the security aspect. I did see a rotweiller roaming about tho.....
