I don't think I would use Callerton Parking again as the office was absolutely filthy - there was someone quite obviously living and sleeping there - and the minibus used for the airport transfer was also filthy and very old. When we arrived back our car had been left right next to the entrance to the car park, on a junction but luckily they hadn't left the keys in as they do usually with the cars for collection. On the plus side the transfer to the airport was very quick, we didn't have to wait at all for the transfer on the way there and only waited at the airport about 5 minutes on the way back (would probably have waited less if the traffic wasn't so bad too). All in all I didn't really feel the car would be in safe hands as I did when I used Park & Fly last summer and the whole operation at Callerton seemed very unprofessional. I would definitely recommend spending a couple of extra pounds to use Park & Fly and get some peace of mind.

When we arrived the place looked like steptoe's yard. There was an old shed and lots of cars parked outside. There were no covered areas in view. The transfer bus was old and looked in poor shape. When we got the car back there was mud up the side of the car and it looked like it had been parked in a field or at least had been over rough ground to get to its storage area.

The staff were generally nice, but were in a rush to get you out of there as quickly as possible. On the return, I rung the member of staff who said I had two minutes to run accross the car park with my luggage or he would be leaving without me as it would incurr a £2 cost to him to leave the airport!

We were taken to the airport immediately, however on return had to wait about 15 minutes. Our car was waiting for us, with ignition on and boot open - a little embarrasing as was lots of stuff in the boot!

Overall, highly recommend this service. The price was extremely good, the staff friendly, including the guard dog! Transfer to and from the aiport very prompt so all in all well worth the expenditure.

Be prepared to leave your car keys with the car park operators, generally everything was done in a very swift manner, and there were no delays in getting to the airport.

Site is scruffy as are the tranfer minibuses, but staff were polite and VERY efficient. I spent less than 5 minutes from arriving in Callerton Parking to leaving on the minibus which was really helpful as i was late. On return it was about a 5 minute wait to be picked up and the car was waiting when we arrived at the site. Would definitely recommend Callerton Parking and will use them again.

Excellent. We were taken straight to the airport and picked up as soon as we left the terminal. On arriving back at Callerton Parking, the car was lined up, turned on and ready to go. It was even warmed up for us and cleaned! Would definitely reccommend to others!

Have used this car park on a few occasions now and find it very handy, and everything is very prompt re the dropping off and the picking up and the car waiting for us on our return.

arrived 7oclockin the morning.gentleman who meet us was very bright and cheery.transferred straight away to airport about 2mins away. bus was rather well used,both the offices and the bus needs sprucing up. picked up promptly. no complaints about service

Following the directions from the A1 south I do not see the sign as given. The Office and mini bus look a bit rough but function OK. The transfer was very quick, drivers were very helpful. On return the car was washed and ready to go when we arrived.

Had the wrong car waiting for me. Had my name on the wrong keys. To be fair only a slight delay in gettting my car out but it could have been worse if my car had been in an inaccessible part of the lot - or if my car had been pinched by someone who fancied my RX8 !!

My on demand transfer to the airport mean't I had to wait until they filled up the mini bus. Coming back I had to wait 20 minutes until they came and got me because they were filling up with customers the other end. When I got there I then had to wait a further 20 minutes while they found my car. They didn't know who I was when I called to be collected either. They ask when you are coming back and one what flight. It isn't rocket science to get all the cars for that day ready in the morning in a place they can't get boxed in and where you can find the car again. In comparison the long term parking actually on the airport was cheaper and the pick up bus was far more reliable. The driver was much more pleasant too.

All went well, the initial immpresion as you enter the car park is one of organised chaos with cars all over the place, but I just left the car where I stopped and my cases were quickly put in the mini bus and we were away with the minimum of fuss. Might have been a little more carefull had I left an expensive sports car but my old banger seemed right at home! Polite staff, nice and chatty, though inside, the office continued the chaotic theme and could really do with a good tidy up to present a more profesional face to the public. Otherwise no problems were encountered at all. Ta.

i thought callerton parking was excellent,it looked a bit like a brokers yard,but the airport transfers were excellent when you picked your car up the was very quick,your car was already at the front of the yard ready to drive off,and there was no extra miles on the clock,not like the last time i left my car in london

The directions to the car park were excellent but on arriving there was no stop sign outside reception and I followed a car in, this was a member of staff moving a veh. A male came out of reception and shouted at me as I had gone past reception a sign would have stopped this

Reception looked filthy on aproach and paper work quite shoddy. Trancefer to the airport was o.k. On our return i was quite surprised to find my own car keys lying on the front seat of the minibus unattended, i picked them up and told the driver i had them, to which he seamed fairly uninterested.When we arrived back at the car park my car was parked at the head of the queue i then got in and drove away without any security intervention at all and i still have in fact the paper that should have been given into the office in order to collect my keys. To say the security was very lax is an understatement, considering that only 2 weeks earlier i had used APH Park & Fly car park at the same airport,which had been excellent. I won't be using Callerton parking again.

When we first arrived at Callerton I was a bit concerned as the entrance was a bit scruffy, however the service was good and we were taken to the airport promptly. I wouldn't have liked to travel very far in their minibus, it was a bit rickety and short of seatbelts but the driver was helpful and polite. On our return we were picked up within 15 minutes of our call and our car was ready and waiting with its engine running ready to go. The service was good but the minibuses could do with some upgrading.

Having had car trouble in way to airport with possibility of same travelling home, operative was very helpful by topping car up with water and providing container of water for homeward journey which fortunately yielded no problem. Well done Callerton Parking

Its very close to the airport with transfers provided at any time. Its a lot cheaper than the airport and with the transfer it is just as quick if not quicker than parking at the airport, because you normally have to wait for the bus to take you to the terminal and these are at set times. I would definatley recomend this to friends and have done so already.
