I have used this car park on several occasions and always been happy with the service. There is no hanging about on your outbound journey and none on your return journey, your car is parked at the entrance waiting for your journey home. Very pleased will continue to use them.

as soon as we pulled up someone was there to take the car away, the booking in was simple and quick,and the bus was waiting to take us straight to the airport. on the return as soon as we cleared customs we rang the free phone number and within five minutes the bus arrived.

sharp turning to get in seems it wasnt just me who intially drove past! staff really helpful with bags and kids, didnt wait long to take us to airport and were quick to pick us up. the minibus did look like it was on its last legs though. car retruned all fine. apparenently though man on mini bus paid less when he phoned and booked!

No hassle getting to the airport but on return we rang Callerton Parking and it just rang out. We tried this for 30 mins. When they know what time your flight is due and you haven't contacted them, why could they not have shown up anyway? We tried to get a taxi but they wouldn't take us as it was a short fare and fobbed us off so we walked. We were not happy and wondered what would have happened had it been between midnight and 3am and I had been on my own! They said there had been a problem with their phone but we could hear it ringing over the tannoy when we left. I won't be using them again.

as above. on return from my holiday 1am.i made 2 phone calls to car park office.The man answering the call was very abrupt and bad mannered.no customer service skills whatso ever! He roughly grabbed a case muttering something inaudible, knocked 2 duty free bags to ground, threw things into the boot and slammed the the slidding door shut!What a shabby end to a well earned holiday. would never use them again or recommend to anyone.....

Easy to book all sorted by Internet booking and when I arrived at the car park to drop off my car the luggage was transferred to the minibus by the staff. I was then transported to the airport. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, very impressed. Will definitely use the same car park in the future.

This is the first time we have used this service, it was very quick, minutes from the airport, we will definately use this service every time we fly from Newcastle in the future. An easy to use friendly and reliable service. Would recommend to everybody.

The car park was rather cramped and full of pot holes - a bit surprised when we arrived there. The level of customer service was fair. I can honestly say that we were a bit dubious leaving our car there but I couldn't complain when we got back, they picked us up promptly and had our car ready for us.

Your costs were very competitive. All I was interested was having my car securely parked and a quick service to/from the airport. This was very good. My car was sitting at the front of the entrance when I returned which was great. I have no idea how big your place is because I never saw it. It is not particularly impressive but as long as you deliver the goods I am happy.

good if you want cheap car parking. Maybe it was just me but i felt unsure about the parking grounds, it seemed full up, i would've quite liked to see where my car was bein parked but instead i had to get out at reception where i was told to leave my car and somebody would park it. overall it did the job and the staff were punctual.

I would be very interested to know why the two clocks in my car were at totally different times, neither being correct and several hours apart. Also it was obvious that my battery had been disconnected. This query is not for publication but I would appreciate your comments please. Thank you

The car park was very easy to find and transport to the airport was quick. The car was brought out to us on our return, no waiting, no messing about. Ideal when you're tired and weary and just want to get home after a long trip. We would definitely use this car park again.

An absolute disgrace, the car park itself is more like a scrap yard with broken down ice cream van etc. The mini bus for transfers is a wreck. And the final straw the customer service is unbelievable, Myself my wife and 1 1/2 year old daughter arrived to find the door to the office open but no sign of anyone so I knocked, a scruffy looking guy appeared from a bed in the corner, he didn't seem to mind that he had been woken up and we started filling in the paperwork. Then another bloke came storming in to the office swearing and shouting at me for waking his mate up, in front of my family, I appologised and he just wouldn't let it go, but he had left the office open with no notice to let me know what to do. Then he refused to drive us to the airport and his mate had to after he stormed up to me calling me an a*** hole. Awful place, didn't feel as if my car was safe

This is the grubbiest most smelliest customer reception area I have ever been in,think it was dog smells,attendants were sleeping on make shift beds at other side of counter on arrival and did not seem to pleased that I had arrived about 90 mins early travelled down from Scotland.This car park will not be receiving any more business from myself and I cannot recommend it.

Easy to find, very pleasant people who are there, but the place looked a bit shabby and so do the vehicles that transfer you to and from the airport, but I would use them again as they were efficient. Thank you.

Car reception area was dirty and smelly with a person asleep on a bed!. The van taking us to the airport did not have seat belts, and the driver was using his phone which was not hands free. Upon return my car was dirty with mud splashes down one side and the internal drivers foot compartment and inside door were full of dirty footmarks. We will not use Callerton again.

Not the best experience I have received from an airport parking facility - not very professional, first time we have used Callerton, changed to this company as it was a couple of pounds cheapr than the usual company we use, but we will be going back to Bellair.

Even though it was raining the minibus driver helped with our cases, lifting them straight from our car into the minibus. The journey to and from the airport was fine - no waiting around. I read in other comments that the car engine was running when they returned but didn't think this was done, but it is true, we got the car loaded and we were off. We will use this carpark next time we fly from Newcastle.

champion service, although i was a little bit anxious waiting in the bus to get to the airport (i hadnt left enough time!) the wait was less than 10 mins. journey back was spot on, vehicle there in minutes, good craic with the driver-ill definately be using them again

I suppose being picky "facilities" only rating one less than 'great' has more to do with the fact that the recpetion/office could rreally do with a facelift - or am I just being picky? Impressions do count and with such a good service from the staff on outward and return legs of our journey it just seems that a little more attention to the "front of house" image would not go amiss.
