If coming from the north, you have to go through 3 or 4 roundabouts from Ponteland before you reach the dual carriageway, whereas the directions imply one. Once on the slip road off the dual carriageway, the directions tell you now to follow the directions from the south. However, if you do this you end up going in the opposite direction to the one intended. This is because the directions from the south include taking the third exit from the roundabout at the top of the slip road. If coming from the north you need to take the FIRST exit at the roundabout. If you think about it, you can work it out, but at 5am after a two hour drive it's more than my brain can cope with! I reported this problem to the staff, who apologised and said they would pass it on, but also blamed the booking agency's directions. I checked, however, and their own direction were exactly the same!

If you want cheap parking, a quick and reliable service and you're not fussy about status, then this place is fine. I was through check in in 5 minutes and at the airport within 15 minutes total. My car was ready at the front of the Q when I returned. Collection from the airport within 5 minutes was great.

Efficient service. Near to Airport. Mini bus used requires upgrading. "M" Reg. Mini Bus transport showing its age - very shoddy.Getting in & out of it could prove a problem for the elderly.Very small step stool provided. Could be improved. Apart from this all other aspects of the service were fine.

I was a bit dubious as had only used on airport parking before. I shouldnt have worried , the car park was so easy to get to and the staff were ready for us. They loaded the cases from car to minibus and off we went, it took only about 3 or 4 minuters to the airport. On return to newcastle we rang the free phone number given to us and were picked up within 5 minutes. Our car was ready and waiting for us to leave the car park. In all a really good service which i will definately use again, cheapest price....best service!

At first I was very impressed by the car park's service (e.g. holding the car door open and close it for me). After driving away (23 miles) I realised why: because they had broken my door handle (so I couldn't get out) and wanted me not to notice. When I phoned up I was told that I had to drive all the way back (hadn't taken the rest of the day of for that - waste of time and petrol) just to be told by the rude manager that 'he hadn't done it deliberately' and that he was not willing to pay for it or confirm that it had been damaged there, claiming that 'it was normal wear and tear' and 'that they wouldn't make old cars new'. Of course, the car garage (more time to spend, Callerton should have really repaired it before I came back) confirmed that it had been broken (and that it wasn't 'normal wear and tear). Now still waiting for rare part to arrive and will then probably get a high invoice that Callerton should refund (will fight for it). Paying for parking AND a repair that was made necessary by CALLERTON ends up being more expensive then going to the airport by taxi!!!!!!!! Will never use this car park again and do not recommend to anybody else.

Very happy with service. Even though we arrived early morning, we were taken to the airport quickly and after returning only waited a few minutes for lift back to car, which was waiting at parking site. Very quick turn around and hassle-free experience.

Arrived at 7pm and drove in main (only) entrance. Initially very confused as there were cars parked right at the entrance. I went to reverse out thinking it was a one way system. Paid to have the car stored under cover, but could see no covered storage. However, check in and transfer was conducted very quickly and courteously. Collection on return was the same and the car was waiting for me at the main gate.

Very impressed with the shuttle service to and from the airport. Even though our flight was delayed on the way back, there was no problem. The car was ready and waiting at the front of the lot, and the bus driver handled all the luggage. Well done, Callerton Parking - see you again!

Have parked here once before, service excellent, car waiting ready with boot open,last time car was washed but not this time, but not a problem. Staff couldn't be more helpful. If any criticism at all, bus a bit rickety but it does the job. Will certainly use them again.

Upon arrival to collect the car from the airport the floor of the car was digusting, full of dirt from whoever had been moving the car. The driver's seat was soaking wet when I complained about this the only explanation I got was that they must have not shut the car door properly. No concern or care was shown I had a two and a half drive still to go sitting in a saturated seat. My CD had been taken out of the CD player. Car park was full of pot holes. All in all I wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend or use them again.

we must thank the staff at callerton we were running a bit late for our flight we phoned the car park but they reassured us that they would get us to the airport on time which they did on our return we phoned the car park and within minutes the bus was there to pick us up they were very freindly and helpful staff thanks again we will be using you car park in the future

The drop off and pick up service couldn't be faulted. The reception area needs updating and cleaning. It is a real put off when you go in. The car was returned with mud sprayed up the sides and on the car mat in the drivers footwell. Would try another company next time.

Top service,picked up from terminal within 5 minutes of ringing them at 10PM. Initial impression of yard is "OH OH what have I done" but after that it was all tops. Van was a bit rumpty but hey, we only had to go a couple of K. Would definitely use them again

welcomed in reception, all paper work completed for you. Luggage taken from your car and placed in transport bus . Driver friendly , chatted all the way. on return transport was waiting with keys. Our car was in the entrance to the car park and it had been cleaned. First Class Service

this was like somebodys back yard ! very poor quality indeed ,not a proffesional outfit, the car came back mud splattered, the coutesy coach ,the seat was ripped ,the headrest was missing , the lock from the inside was broken so in the event of an accident the could have had severe consequences and the general smell in the coach was foul- i would never dream of using them again,my advice pay a few pounds more and park with a reputable company that can deliver what is expected

On the booking form it said your car will be washed and ready for your return this did not happen in fact the car was covered in bird droppings and covered in a white film is how I can only discribe it.I would not use this car park again as it did not deliver what it said it would. The only thing that was good was the drop off and pick up from the airport.

Appearences can be deceptive !! On first sight you wonder where you've booked your car into. But the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and were there promptly to pick us up on return. I would have no hesitation in usind Callerton Parking again.

Reception area made us first wonder where we were leaving the car! However, the excellent service including the car being cleaned inside and out with the boot open and ready for luggage at reception on our return, superb transfers and great value for money made up for the appearance of the place.

I found the staff pleasant and helpful with luggage. On our return we were picked up with little delay and our car was ready to drive off as soon as we arrived.
