Great service and very prompt. I rang from the terminal as I went out of the green section and they were there when I got outside. When we got to the car park (3 mins) the car was sat ready to load with cases right where the bus drops off and we were away..... 10/10

Not sure what was going on at this site but the night we collected ourt car there were 4 cars with punctures being collected by their owners, ours included. The staff had changed the tyre and put on the spare which was to their credit but the overall experience was not a good one.

The general appearance of the office was off putting, lacking a "professional look",untidy and not clean, "run down", malodour. The coach taking us to the office was old "T" registration and appeared to be in poor condition,floor covering missing in parts, noisy. This does not create a good impression and was off putting. However cannot fault the service and attitude and manner of staff. Improvement in the office environment would increase customer confidence and investment in customer transport needed.

Our flight was cancelled and we arrived at the airport 23 hours later than expected, we were promptly picked up and taken to our vehicles where our keys were waiting in the ignition and we were not charged for the extra day, Very good customer service, will be using again.

Upon arrival we were greeted and taken promptly to the car park. Upon arriving back to the airport we were lucky as a bus was already there. The negatives were that the buses were dirty inside and we were hurried out the car park as there was no room due to lots of cars being crammed in.Also my car had been left in 1st gear with the handbrake off very close to the car in front.

We were very unsure about the safety & reliability of this outfit upon arrival. They were very odd, reception smelled really bad & there was an old bloke sleeping in a bed in front of a loud telly in reception where we had to register our arrival! Very bizarre. But, the transfers were speedy & it was the cheapest firm out of all the ones I researched (which was a lot). Absolutely no problems in the end, just not a very slick company!

Cheap and cheefull car park. It didn't seem particularly professional (member of staff asleep in a bed next to the reception desk when we checked in!) but we had no probems and were dropped off and picked up promptly at either side of our flight. The mini-bus could do with replacing and no-one was encouraged to put their seat belts on.

Very close to airport. The transfer to the airport is a matter of minutes. Also you call them to let them know you have landed and are ready for pick-up. They arrival very quickly at the airport once you've informaed them that you've arrived. Will use again.

briefly staff was excellent and helpfull transfer was ok could be a bit more efficent ie cleaner and newer bus? parking area was a bit cramped could do with a bit of organising parking bays lighting could be better as a health and safety issue other than that yes i would use your services again. this is not a complaint of any kind your service was excellent just given my views as a customer thanks

the bus wasnt there waiting for us after we rang and had to ring again. they could also invest in a new bus as the bus was very old seat belts didnt work properly and thread bare carpet on floor. the driver of the bus going and coming back were very scruffy. will not use these again. although only £25 would pay extra for cleanliness

Callerton was easy to find and we were seen at once. The set up looks a little ropey but the staff were friendly and professional. We were transferred at once and upon our return were picked up after a couple of minutes. I would recommend this service to anyone flying from Newcastle.

This is the most disgusting parking facility I have ever encountered. On arrival I almost turned and left,the only thing that stopped me was that we needed to catch a flight . The entrance was unmade road, the reception area was dirty and untidy and an individual was sleeping in some sort of bed in the corner. The mini bus we were told to board for transport to the airport was unbelievable. It was rusty, filthy and I doubt the Transport authorities would have approved it as being suitable for use. To expect travellers to use this vehicle for transport to the airport was an insult as it was absolutely filthy, with worn out carpet,rusting floor and grubby, dirty seating. I was concerned for all my holiday as to the safety of my brand new vehicle. The only redeeming feature of this establishment, were that the staff were courteous. I will not use this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

To be honest i cannot fault Callerton Parking. I reserved via e-mail..i got the confirmation email straight away. My arrival at 4am was anticipated. we were dropped off in good time. When we got back the bus was there (good timing) straight out and straight on the bus. Car was waiting for us back at Callerton and 15 minutes later home. Smoothly oiled efficient operation. I've read previous feedback and the bloke sleeping in the office was nee bother (he was asleep !)...the mini bus has seen better days but blimey you are only on it 5 minutes and it's clean enough for purpose. The guard dog though present was well behaved and unobtrusive. I'd definately use Callerton again just as it is. Does exactly what it says on the tin !

Although we arrived earlier than we said we would be arriving we did not have to wait long to be transferred to the airport. After clearing customs and telephoning for a pick up we were surprised to see the minibus already at the bus stop when we came outside of the terminal.

On arrival at 3.30am in the morning, cold and wet, we had to sit in a white van which was delapidated and dirty. The doors were left open whilst the driver waited for other clients to arrive before setting off. So we were freezing and left in the van without anyone explaining why. On the way back, I had to phone twice as there was no van there on arrival, each time, they said someone would be straight down and that 'we had just missed him'. Then when it arrived, the white van was even worse than the one we went on first. Or maybe it was the same but looked worse in daylight. It was an absolute rust bucket and I am surprised it passed its MOT. The only good thing, was that our car was ready to drive away at the entrance with the keys in it. Trouble was, nobody checked that that was our car as we just got in and drove away...so maybe not a good thing as we could of picked the BMW along the line!! For £33, we thought this was way too much especially for the transfer vehicle. So I will definitely not be using them again!!

In keeping with all off airport parking services they are not allowed to deliver / pick up from the front of the terminal. This is apparently an anti trust (corruption) policy enacted by the airport authority which should possibly be investigated by the appropriate authorities (Police ?)

although they were quick at getting us to airport.we felt the bus that they used was very dirty and messy,which was very off putting and dont think i could recomend this company to our friends. Being presentable is a very important part of the service.

My car ad been cleaned whist i was away which was unexpected.The transfer to the Airport is done in a very unpleasant bus that is past its sell by date.When i arrived back in Newcastle i wasted 45 mns trying to get hold of someone to come and pick us up and in the end paid for a taxi to the car park £3.60 so add that to your estimate before booking.

Found the car park easily, and on arrival was asked to leave the car with the keys in it! The reception hut was rather scruffy and someone was asleep in the corner. The departure for the airport was prompt but the mini-bus was dirty, don't wear your Sunday best! Pick-up was similarly prompt and efficient and car was ready, but driver's carpet was covered in mud.

No frills. Felt car was secure as no one would want to wander about the car park area out of choice. Car was ready and waiting and made for a quick entry and exit. Biggest problem was the appearance of the place and then a grubby old minibus more in tune with a works bus than for people wearing their travelling clothes. If all you want is cheap and cheerful, don't wear holiday whites unless you have an overall, it's ideal
