Reception was like a rubbish tip, when i picked my car up it was late at night there was no lights so icould not see the state the car was in until the next morning.There was mud every were inside and out,i took photos if you would like to see them.I will not be using that car park again

The staff were very efficient and polite. However, on our return, as it was dark, there was no opportunity to check the car exterior (for bumps, scratches etc.)until leaving the park. Therefore, if any had been found, it would have been my word against the staff?!! Other than that - first class. N.B. My car didn't have any additional markings!!!

The site is like a scrap metal yard. It is impossible to inspect your car for damage on return. The transfer vans are too small and therefore it can take a fair while to be collected with luggage. The staff were rude. I will never use Callerton again.

If I had been leaving a privately owned rather than a company car I would have turned around! The whole set up was rather seedy. Make sure that you check your mileage and petrol level before leaving your car. There is also a note on the paperwork given to you that your car may be moved and stored at another site up to 5 miles away. The minibus transfer is very quick- good job as the bus is old and tatty.

Saved me a fortune on taxi fares. £20 for 3 days parking. Located just off airport so transfer only took 2 mins. Set up looks a bit 'ramshackle' but it served the purpose. Staff seemed to lack any inter personal skills. Got irritated when they couldn't find booking. {didn't help that I gave them the wrong name!} not much of a sense of humour. Not sure how I would feel leaving an expensive car here as they were parked very close together with some on the grass verge but we had no problems.

"Looks like a scrapyard"; these were the words of another passenger to the minibus driver who took us to the airport and he wasn't far wrong. He was probably the highspot of the booking; pleasant and helpful. The reception was scruffy with the bed described by others still there with the tigerskin print bedspread on; looks like something out of a porn movie. Checkin itself was efficient enough. Car was filthy upon collection; they probably thought I'd not notice at 4am. Looked like it had been ralled on a grasstrack. No wish to elaborate further, but safe to say I'll book further in advance with Bellair, now known I think as QPark, who offer covered secure parking nearby for the same kind of price and are infinitely more professional. Sorry Callerton; I gave you the benefit of the doubt after reading other reviews, and wish I hadn't.

Was well chuffed when I found out how near the airport Callerton were. Quick easy check-in, and the bus is there no hanging about. Same coming home... a quick phonecall, the bus was there, and my car was waiting. Great service,and the cheapest near the airport. No hesitation in using them again!

i arrived at the car park and within minutes i was taken to the airport, on my return the minibus was at the airport so i was taken back to the car park immediately where my car was waiting for me to just drive away. very good service, though the office and mini bus were a bit shabby, and my car was filthy when i returned, think it must've been parked under a tree containing a birds nest!!!

As I parked my car, I was greeted by name by a gentleman from Callerton. He completed the necessary paperwork and the bus was available to take me to the terminal immdiately. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. On the return, one phone call and the bus was there within 5 mins - my car was waiting and off I went. Exceptionally speedy and very polite. The buildings are shabby, but then I guess if they were refurbed it would cost the driver more. Can't have it all, can we? I would definitely use this facility again.

Callerton parking are a dream to use, Straight in on arrival and as they say 2 mins from the airport. Arriving back my car was at the front of the queue ready to go. The Easiest parking i have done in years much better than the on-site airport parking.

On our arrival back to our car i noticed it had been scratched whilst the person parking it had opened the drivers door it had hit a car or wall next to it taking off the paint so not only our car was scratched the other car or wall would of been as well.

It was my first time using callerton airport parking and it will not be my last in future it will be my first choice as it was a friendly atmosphere, checking in could not have been easier, transfer time was less than three minutes to airport.Upon my return a call after baggage reclaim was all it took and the mini bus was waiting to take me to my waiting car already to go, overall a good place to do business with. cheers

I have used Callerton before, albeit a long time ago, and I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. My only criticism would be that of facilities for customers. Somewhere comfortable to sit and gather your thoughts, make sure you have all necessary paperwork for onward travel, and I didn't notice a drinks or confectionary vending machine. A drink after clearing Newcastle airport before continuing our journey would have been good. But this is not a complaint, and we were very pleased with the service and staff alike. Compared to the expense at other airports it is a refreshing change.

Arrival at depot was quickly dealt with and transfer to Airport without undue wait. Collection from airport was within 15 minutes of telephone call. My car had been driven by someone who had left mud on pedals, mats and door speaker, a minor complaint overall!

This is an ideal budget parking group. The staff are friendly, the service is very quick and the locality means that both transfers are completed in next to no time - far quicker than waiting for the next shuttle bus. Will definately use again - they make you feel human after a long flight!

Lost way slightly, staff directed me by phone, came out into road to look for me and direct me in. Straight out of car and into mini-bus. Freephone number to contact on arrival back home, only minutes to wait for transfer and car waiting at office door with keys in ignition to continue journey home.

On my Arrival from Holiday my car had been damaged on the rear bumper, on reporting this to the supervisor at that time he came to try and polish it out, but the damage was to severe to rectify. It had also gained 4 miles on the clock which seemed excessive for secure parking, the seat had been repositioned not for leg room but resembled something of a driving position of the horizontal champion and finally the drivers foot well mat area was disgusting with mud as well sides of the well. The supervisor advised that the owner would be 30 minutes, so we waited. Eventually he arrived , wasn't interested in the damage, his comment " prove it was done here" On the milage increase of the vehicle , His comment was " To the best of his knowledge the car had not left the premises". Which I thought was a strange comment. On the condition of the interior , He has some extremely large lads parking the cars and wasn't interested with its condition. As he started to walk away I asked what are we going to do. He replied " You cant prove it was done here so Sue me just Sue me". Totally un happy with the way I was treated by the owner, according to the terms and conditions on the sheet , we did everything required, obviously they are not worth the paper they are printed on, and therefore we wont be using callerton parking ever again and would not recommend anyone to do so. I would be interested in your comments

Well located and good value for money. Staff were helpful and very efficient. Our car was waiting in line on our return and the staff swiftly loaded our suitcases enabling us to begin our journey home very quickly.The on-line booking service was straightforward. I would recommend Callerton.

The directions given were perfect, easy to find. Only 2 mins from the terminal. Transfers were done immediately, no waiting around for the mini-bus to fill up. Free phone number for when you land back in Newcastle and quickly picked up to return for the car on the way back. excellent service provided, no complaints.

Easy to follow directions to the car park. Efficient transfers to and from the terminal. We had a very short wait for the minibus on the way home, and the driver was pleasant. Our car was waiting near the exit, ready for us to drive out. The owners might consider investing in cleaner office facilities, and the elderly gentleman working behind the desk would be more presentable if he wasn't naked from the waist up! The bed in the corner of the office was different, especially as the elderly gentleman was sleeping in it when we returned to pick up our car! All in all an entertaining experience. We would, however, consider using this car park again, as the service was good, and the price reasonable.
