As it was our first time parking our car at an airport that was away from home, it was less stressful than I thought it would be. Staff were very helpful and car park was value for money. The transfers to and from the airport were very fast to respond. Overall excellent.

Dirty transport. I will use bellair car parking in future.

We had no problems at all and whilst our first impression was a little dubious, we had no complaints and it seemed good value for money. Car was washed, ready and waiting when we returned. Will definitely use again.

The service provided didn't marry with the first impression of the set up (thank goodness). 'Rough' sprang to mind and the transfer vehicle was a bit dodgy, however the service was brilliant and staff very friendly and helpful therefore I would use Calleeton parking again.

Very fast, friendly & efficient service.

This car park is probably the worst place my car has been left. The reception area is in my opinion a health hazard. I daren't even think about going to the toilet. We were worried about leaving the car there during the whole of the holiday. The only pro for the place was the polite lady who arranged the pick up and the friendliness of the driver, however it was still the dilapidated van that transferred us. Their friendliness disappeared when I discovered the damage to the car door. They of course denied it. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and will certainly not return.

Callerton parking is extremely handy for the Airport and has very friendly staff even at 3am! Will use everytime we fly from Newcastle.

The service was quick and responsive. We simply phoned up on arrival at Newcastle airport and were picked up within minutes by a friendly and cheery driver.

Arrived to an establishment reminiscent of Steptoe's yard. Couldn't believe the filth. Couldn't believe that there was a double bed etc. where you book in. Dirt dust and filth everywhere. I was worried about our car for the whole fortnight we were away. Ironically a lady sitting next to my wife and I on the return flight said they leave their car there every time they go away as do her daughter and son. (I asked her out of curiosity what parking facilities they were using as I was still concerned about our car on the way home). She said the service they offer is excellent and they try and look past the dirt etc. but if at all possible she advised us not to use the toilet. Upon our arrival at Newcastle airport the same lady rang to inform Callerton that herself and her husband along with my wife and I were there and ready to be picked up. The bus arrived but before we realised it was their bus it drove off leaving us behind and had about two people aboard. We rang again and was told the driver should not have left us there and would return asap. A few minutes later it returned and a bit of an argument ensued as a large group of people said the bus had driven off without them before too. The driver took the group and the other couple and ourselves had to wait upon his return yet again. The other couple did insist to us that nothing like this had ever happened to them before. When we got back to Steptoe's yard much to our relief the car was ok and nicely washed. Would we use Callerton Parking again? -- Most probably not. Do wonder if the bus is roadworthy. Another couple who had got the same bus as us other four said that they had missed the other two buses as well and also that they wouldn't be using them again.

Callerton Parking offered an excellent service that was value for money.

Great transfer was waiting when we came out, and the car was parked at the exit to the car park ready for us to leave.

This is the second time I have used Callerton and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately the car wash machine had broken down on the day of my return. Otherwise no complaints.

Exellent value. I would not hesitate to use Callerton Parking again or to recommend to friends. The office set up is hardly salubrious but that is not why one uses the facility!

Friendly staff and no problems when we were delayed by 24 hours.

Very efficient, would use your parking facilities again.
