If you want value for money this is an excellent service. The booking office and transfer vehicles are not the cleanest and may put some customers off, but as they say 'You get what you pay for'. The booking site on the net and customer service on site and transfers were speedy and efficient. Smiley staff and very helpful with luggage. I would certainly use them again.

I cannot fault Callerton, the service was to the highest standard, they even washed my car ready for me picking it up (a rare treat for it!)I will certainly use this facility again without any qualms and i will be recommending it to my family and friends.

When we arrived at Newcastle Airport we went and checked in our suitcases. We then went to the car park and left the car and were delivered back to the airport in no time at all. On return we were picked up prompltly amd the car was waiting at ready tp go. It had even had a wash! Excellent, fast service provided.

I feel utterly cheated!! Upon arrival I was told that I had to leave my keys with the attendant and was not allowed to secure the car myself. That is itself is particularly suspect. I was forced to make alternative arrangements at the last minute which wound up costing 3 times what I had already prepaid for this place. None of this was made clear to me at time of booking. If fact my booking reference says that upon arrival the procedure will be akde clear. Steer well clear.

when arrived was first of all greated by a very big dog in which my wife was terrified nobody did anything to take dog away.the car park looked like a scrap yard and the office was really bad it contained a single bed ect and you were greated by gentleman going about in his vest.cars were parked very close together had to squeeze between an old porta cabin and the next car on our return.the car was also really filthy

The entrance to the "car park" was like driving into a scrap yard. The car on return was filthy and I believed on booking, that the car would be returned washed. I worried for the first part of my holiday about the state my car would be returned to me as the cars parked in the entrance were close together and parked into bushes and trees. I wouldn't consider using this car park again if I flew from Newcastle.

Not the smartest looking of parking sites, but our check-in and transfer to and from the airport was very quick and efficient. Only criticism is there was a nail in one of the tyres when we picked the car up.

I cannot comment on the security of this car park as our car was left at reception (with keys) and was waiting at reception on our return, so we don't know where the car was parked. Courteous staff but, as I mentioned above, the overall appearance of the place seemed rather haphazard with a ramshackle reception area. Having said this, we would use this carpark again as it was good value for money and daytime transfers were efficient.

Callerton Parking was easy to find. After booking in our car we were all transferred over to the terminal very quickly. The mini bus could do with being updated, however it was fit for such a short journey. On our return we called Callerton and the mini bus arrived promptly to take us back to the car park (in fact it caused a bit of confusion as all the people in the return mini bus had the same surname, including the driver!) Our car was ready and waiting for us, so no waiting about on the return journey!

The Reception area was a disgrace. What a first impression. Dirty and untidy. Why was there somebody asleep on a bed in the corner. How unprofessional. Our car had no handbrake on and we were on a slope and almost ran into the car infront. As we couldnt move until the person in front moved off we watched and the same thing happened to him he got a shock when he rolled forward. I will not be using Callerton Parking again.

I thought the minibus used for transfers was not up to standard; the seats were dirty. When picked up on Monday morning the collection was excellent, on time, But back at the carpark my car was covered in BIRD DROPPINGS there was no apology for the state of my car. My concern is if the car was covered in bird droppings for the whole 2 weeks of my holiday what damage has the droppings done to the paint work of my car which is only 6 months old. I will not be using Callerton Parking again.

The car park seemed run down and a bit chaotic. The transfer bus had a cracked windscreen and, going, the driver was chatty. On the way back we had to wait 20 mins and the bus was unlettered, which made it difficult to identify,it was very old and the driver (not the same one) only made a half hearted attempt to help me load the cases into the back of the bus.It's doubtful if we'll use this company again.

We found the service reliable and quick. As soon as we arrived at the car park our luggage was put in a mini bus and we were wisked off to the airport. When we arrived back we called as we were collecting our luggage and only waited 5 min's before we were picked up. Would use them again.

After giving staff flight numbers and ETA for flights (which they could check on the day) we still had to wait at the airport half an hr in the cold, late at night before ringing them and asking them where they were! If we were supposed to ring when we were ready that should have been made clear to save waiting around.

First experience was poor , reception was dirty + had a bed in that looked like the sheets had never been washed. Staff were fine + helpful. Transport could probably do with getting some new mini buses. For the purpose of car parking it is fine , just needs bit of attention to the reception etc

On arrival at reception the appearance of the males was shocking. The transport which took me to the airport was a bit shabby and some of the seat belts did not work. I noticed reading other comments that their cars were washed and all ready, ours was full of dust from the car park!!!!!! Would not use again, would pay the few pounds extra and have piece of mind.

The place looks like a scrapyard, the Minibuses are unsafe (Very little in the way of seatbelts, either broken or not there!, luggage not secure in the back, we had to stop cases from falling through), no confidence that the cars would be secure whilst left there. On return there was damage to the bumper of my vehicle which was certainly not there when it was left, they claimed that it was due to my handling of the cases in and out of my vehicle. I would not recommend this facility, please pay the extra £5 and park on site or somewhere else

Staff were friendly but the office was very, very dirty - wipe your feet on the way out! Overall service was good, car was in line waiting for us when we got back, open with the keys in and the boot was popped open ready for the cases! Transfers were ok too.

Callerton was really easy to find after our Journey down from Aberdeen, which was a blessing as my wife and i were both a little tired. Took less than 5 minutes to check car in and get to the Terminal. Mini bus was a little bit 'old' and tired but apart from that great. We arrived back to Newcastle at 11.30pm, bus was there to pick us up in 5 mins from calling, car washed and waiting for us to get on our way. Brilliant, took all the hassle out of having to travel a couple of hundred miles to another airport. Will defintely use Callerton again.

Very efficient check in and transfer to airport. Only real con is the layout of the airport car park. Have not experienced any other airport with a similar queuing scheme for drop offs. Must be a bit frustrating for the drivers but our driver presumably was used to the system and this did not cause a problem to him. We were picked up within minutes of retrieving our luggage and on our way home shortly afterwards, Will definitely try and fly from Newcastle in future.
