Very good for price, drop off and pick up. Unfortunately, the morning after we got back I noticed that my car door had been caught as the paint was scraped. It must have been from the parking as it was not there when I took the car in.

Friendly staff. just arrive at the gate and the rest is done for you. Staff know who you are just by the booking so no paperwork to fill out. Just hand over the key and get a reciept for collection. Generally very good. Car park itself doesn't look that great however.

So much cheaper than parking on the airport, or parking just off the airport. Callerton parking is only minutes from the airport and the transfer takes a couple of minutes. I have used them before and will continue to use them again. Much cheaper than a taxi to / from the airport and much more convenient to drive home in your own car. Thanks Callerton, see you soon.

We live in Redcar and unfortunately no one could take us to the airport. Callerton came up, price was very good, it would have cost more in petrol four ways than it cost to park. Very polite, efficient service. Well recommended

It all worked - cost effective parking with prompt transfers and my car had been de-iced/demisted for me which was great returning to Newcastle 22.45 on one very cold night! I will use this facility again if the price is right

Great service, office is a bit of a tip, but staff were friendly and helpful- they carried our cases for us and the transfer to the airport was speedy. On our return, our lift was there promptly, car was loaded up for us and warmed up- also cleaned inside and out. Would use again

Have used this car before very good transfers staff very friendly,looks very run down also the office,very efficient when checking in.It was lovely when we came back from holiday in Febuary the car engine running and a lovely warm car to get in to.

the driver on the return transfer was an absolute disgrace never heard of customer care was left stranded in the freezing cold at midnight with 2 young children NIGHTMARE

The parking area looks disorganised and the mini buses could do with an overhaul along with the portakabin needing a tidy up. However, they were very efficient both to and from the airport and my car was ready for collection when returning. A check on ID when collecting the car would be useful.

After leaving the car-park we went straight to a newcastle hotel with a brightly lit car-park and we saw the damage straight away. Both the front and rear of the car were damaged. We phoned them straight away and were told to ring in the morning. We did so and were told we should have checked the car before we left them and were basically told to f-off.

I had no problem but for older infirm people the step in to the minibus can be quite high and I know the problem with health and safety regarding supplying an in-between step.

The staff were really great and friendly even at 3.30 in the morning!!! Office was a lil bit outdated but that dosnt really matter. Great overall experience thanks!

Really easy to find although if arriving at night it looks a bit dodgy!! - door to door drop off. No problem getting in touch to arrange being collected - problem free!! & cheaper than parking at airport

On arrival it does look a little dubious, cars parked everywhere, nothing to worry about though. Transfer was immediate, as was return. On return, car ready at gate, defrosted, warm and running; we just had to drive off. Excellent.

Cheaper than the rest, with pleasent, efficent staff. Car was waiting for us on return, open outside the front gate!!!,for how long I dont know. The only thing that lets this company down is the state customer areas. The reception is an absolute tip-filty and stinks of wet dog. The inside of the minibus that transports you is the same,dirty, with the same smell and the vans handle is a piece of wire!!! If the owners actually spent something on cleaning and maintence this would have scored full points. Again Staff excellent, shame owners seem to be running this place into the ground.

Never has a car parking experience been so easy! It was so efficient that from arriving at Callerton car park, within approx 8 minutes we were in the terminal building! This was repeated on the return journey, an absolute delight at 11 pm! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

we did have a bit of trouble finding the car park but other than that i have no faults everyone was helpfull and took us to the airport as soon as we got there and we were very pleased that we didnt need to hang around the airport for long on our return. the price was also very good when you look at what others charge, would use again.

Because of the direction we travelled to the carpark(we passed the airport, then took the first sliproad)the directions, turn right at top then straight through next roundabout was wrong. It should have been turn left at the top of the sliproad and the carpark was just over the Metro line on the left. Another car did exactly the same as we did.

prompt check-in and check out, good value for money. Had to wait over 15 mins for return mini bus to collect car and car had been parked under a tree or something as was dirty and leaves trapped in boot. It would be a great service to charge extra for car cleaningvaleting etc.

upon arrival at the park I was greated with a GRUNT and told to wait in the "minibus"this was filthy both inside and out.After 15 mins the driver got in saying "I had to see the end of that race"that race being the great north run which he was watching on tv in the office. Upon return when I got outside the airport I rang Callerton and asked to be picked up I was told that the minibus was on its way,10/15 minutes later when the minibus hadn't arrived I rang again and again I was told it was on its way still no minibus arrived ,I rang again for the 3rd time and this time the minibus arrived approx 5mins later,when my wife and I got into the minibus I asked the driver why we had been left for 30 minutes before being picked up the driver became very abusive saying we wre not at the designated pickup point this was a downright lie as we were at the same place all the time which was where we were told to wait that was where we were dropped off at beside the bus shelter
