Gives the impression of being a cowboy outfit. A wee tidy up of the office, staff dress (look like a bunch of loafers), would improve things, but the service to & from airport was fine at a reasonable price.

Car looked great when I picked it up - van to transport a little old and treadbare and wouldn't like to pass comment on the seatbelts & safety etc. The driver was lovely. All the staff were great. Initial look of the car park provokes anxiety!

Callerton parking was easy to find following the route's supplied, the website is easy to use and it's very good value for money, they even washed my car whilst I was away. The only down side is the reception area which looked like it needed a good tidy up.

Overall very good, efficient and friendly. Would use them again.

Not the most glamorous of car parks but your car won't mind. No problems at all with pick up and we had an 8hr delay coming back.

Relaxing start and finish to holiday, no waiting around for taxis or family to pick us up, parking costs were cheaper than taxis both ways anyway, I will definitely use again.

Excellent service!!! Staff are really polite and helpful, no fuss having to park your car, the staff do it for you. Mini bus taking you to airport was far better than I expected after seeing reception area, would recommend and certainly use Callerton Parking again on arriving back into the country, one quick FREE!!phone call and the mini bus was waiting for us as we came through customs, what more do you want when arriving back from your hols? WELL RECOMMENDED, CREDIT TO YOU ALL AT CALLERTON PARKING!

First impression of the site was not good - staff, office and outside area. I paid for undercover parking but instantly had doubts whether it would be undercover or not. Transfer to and from the airport was ok. When I arrived back at Callerton Parking my car was waiting in the entrance among lines of other cars. Part of the package, I was told, was that my car would be washed. It was in fact dirtier than when I had left it . I was told it had been undercover but because I was due back at 4.40am it had been taken out the day before, washed then left out all night! Inside was dirtier also, there were white marks on the side of the seat and mat where people had got in and out. I was not impressed at all.

I would use them again, no problems with car on return ( although the cars did appear to be a little tightly packed in). Very quick pick up and drop off. Could do with smartening up the office/yard .

I would never use these again. The vehicles and reception area were disgusting. I waited 25 mins to be picked up on my return and even then they could not fit us in and just took my luggage. To put the top hat on it, my video camera went missing and they were very rude when I rang up to explain that I had lost it. A very bad experience all round. Never again!!!

On our return from our holiday, our suitcase was missing, didn't arrive back at Newcastle. The staff at Callerton Parking gave me a phone number to call them. We were nearly an hour late from our original pick up time and they still came and picked us up with no hassle at all. The staff member was so kind and reassured us we would recieve our missing suitcase, and really put our minds at ease. We did receive our suitcase 48 hours later, so a big thank you to that gentleman! Indeed, the service was very friendly and I would use them again.

The staff were courteous and helpful. I travel regularly, and will always get a quote from Callerton Parking before considering anywhere else.

Car parking dealt with by very friendly and helpful staff. Car washed too, got to be one of the better car parking facilities. Will be using them again.

Friendly people, but as a I mentioned it did worry me that it just looks like a back street parking. It did not inspire confidence although the service did!

Not a smart appearance to the car park, but the staff and efficiency were smart! Transfer to/from airport quick and efficient; car valeted and wairing for our return; helpful staff carried luggage and loaded the boot; accurate road directions given; polite staff.

Would definately use this facility again. Well-informed staff, well maintained facilities and a service that be relied on. Took the hassle out of using an airport that wasn't local.

Callerton was the most reasonably priced facility on offer through this comparison site. For 14 days they were up to 20 per cent cheaper than the competition. Parking arrangements looked chaotic on arrival and you had to leave car keys which wouldn't suit everybody. Minibus was knackered but got us there and back. Transfers were lightning fast and all staff were friendly and helpful. On return, my car was carked at the exit gate with keys in ignition and back door open for luggage. I thought overall it was great value for money. I would use them again or recommend them and I emailed them to tell them so.
