No problems at all. Would recommend your services to others. Your driver was very efficient, polite and helpful. Actually, I only came to get my car washed - I didn't really want to go on holiday (believe that if you will).

I fly a lot using low cost airlines. Due to the cost of car parking I often go to the airport by public transport but it's slow and not always reliable. Callerton parking at Newcastle were great. Good service at a reasonable price. This is now my preferred airport because the total cost of flight + park is the best. A great service.

Turned up and got taken to airport immediately. Only had around 10mins to wait after phoning on our return and got driven back to a clean car waiting at the entrance, ready for us to go. Excellent!

From arriving at the reception, within minutes I was on the minibus to the airport. On my return the pick up was within 5 minutes of my phone call. When I arrived back at the Parking my car was sitting at reception ready to go. No hassles, no long walks in the dark to find the car.

Only problem is the office and yard was dirty and untidy; not sure if I would use this facility again; I had heard about this problem after booking so we took our older car.

Will definitely use again, have used twice before, great value and a free valet.

Didn't get the service we booked. Car was supposed to be washed and warmed up ready to leave. This did not happen. Very poor quality facilities. Being greeted in reception by what appeared to be an overweight vagrant wearing nothing but boxer shorts that gaped and exposed himself is an experience I would not recommend.

Good value for money, quick transfers to and from airport.

Great! Just 5 mins after collecting our baggage and phoning the free phone number the driver was there to pick us up and take us to our car - great service. Free phone to pick you up no looking for change for the phone if you have a flat mobile, no waiting to pay the car park, on your way home in no time. I will use Callerton parking again and recommend it to everyone.

Quick transfer to and from airport, friendly staff.

Very close to airport, no waiting for transfers to and from airport; they were there waiting unlike other taxi firms we have used. Car had been started and warmed up for us which was appreciated as we had a baby with us and it was very cold and frosty when we landed. Would definitely use Callerton again - good value for money.

Arrived in dark, badly lit entrance, pot holes everywhere, unmade surface.Office scruffy portacabin, sleeping area on floor , place dirty, check in man was courious but did not look the part. van scruffy. Sliding passenger door falling off runners. Transferred us on time. Driver courtious , again did not look the part.On arrival back collected within 10 minutes of phone call.Same van, my car at entrance, driver had keys in his pocket, asked my name and handed them over. Drivers side very muddy inside. The overall impression did not fill me with confidence of the security of my vehicle.

easy to find . no time lost in geting us to the air port cases put in bus for you and the best bit is the cost its very good . the car was clean when we come back . the pick up when you come back was very good to say it was middle of the night our car was waiting there was no going looking down rows for it got of the bus into car and away great thanks a lot

when your going on holiday you want it all to be easy and go smoothly, the service we got from callerton was good and arriving back late at night with kids you just want the car back and get off home and the pick up was on time and it all went well, thankyou to callerton parking

My first impression of the organisation was of concern for my car as it seemed to be very unprofessional. Our transfers were however satisfactory but on return to my car there were lots of dirty marks around the door, sill and floor which suggested to me that the car was moved around by people with muddy feet or that the car was stored in a muddy enviroment.When we returned from our trip the car was parked at the exit point (of Callerton) but it was so closely parked between other cars that it was impossible to move it until the cars in front had been moved.My wife and I left with the impression that we would not use Callerton again despite the fact that the actual transfers were satisfactory.

used them twice and both times the staff have been friendly and helpful. The transfer to and from the airport was quick and efficient and on return they had my car at the entrance with the engine warmed up ready to leave. Their prices were also very competitive. I will certainly use them again

Although the premises were not in the best state - I don't have to work there. Appearances could indicate a sloppy operation, but on the contrary we were tranfered both in and out very quickly. The service was very good. We will use the facility in the future.

Good value, convienient, with a polite and helpful service; well mannered man carried all the bags! Amazingly quick transfers - feet hardly touched the ground on outward and inward journey. Much better than standing around waiting for airport shuttle bus, while beginning to panic about catching my flight. I do recommend this company - though still confused about why my car didn't get the expected valet - did I read that wrong?!

Easy to find and close to the airport. The staff were helpful and efficient.

This car parking is very handy for Newcastle airport and very good value for money. The staff were most helpful and punctual. They even carried our cases to our car and put them in the boot for us!
