I found this a well organised business and would find no reason not to recommend them to any person. My wife and I really appreciated the service provided from begining to end and at a reasonable cost.

Was a last minute choice and was cheap, but my car was filthy when I came back. Covered in bird droppings and dust, and because I came back late at night I was giving my keys and had to find my own car. Not sure if ill use them again, Id rather pay to be under cover

Fast, efficient service on outward and return journeys, making the transfer very easy. I have not given a greatly favourable comment about the value for money, because all airport charges are roughly the same.

A very reliable smooth service. Within 5 minutes of pulling in I was on the transfer bus, and in the airport terminal within another 5 minutes. Very friendly polite staff, and would use this service again without a second thought.

the staff were all really friendly mini bus fantastic and literally 2 minutes from airport phoned when through customs and they were there waiting to collect us as we came out of airport. Got back to parking lot and car was pulled out for us ready to go with boot already open. A very good profesional service. Thanks

Even although spaces looked cramped we were met by a very friendly staff member who parked the car for us. He removed our cases and we were immediately transferred to the airport. On return the uplift was very speedy and the driver very courteous. Was delighted with this service and will definately use it every time I fly from Newcastle.

Arrived earlier than booked, no problem took us straight to the airport. Phones once cleared customs and by the time we walked to the pick up point the bus was there! Great service, will use again.

I didn't feel this car park presented as professional an image as the one I've used before (just the other side of the Metro) It would have been useful to have been told about the diversion as a result of the track work - it could have caused me to be late for my flight. The driver on the return trip was very polite and courteous.

place looks a bit rough & ready and I was initially unsure if I'd made the right decision. However car was returned to me in good condition & no problems. Prompt and convenient transfer service

The staff were friendly and helpful, even at 05.30am! there was no waiting arround, same on return, we phoned to be picked up and the bus was there in minutes,no problems at all, thankyou for a hassle free service.

arrived at car park taken to airport within 2 minutes when arrived back in england through customs phoned car park up and the mini-bus was waiting for us when we got outside

Such a short distance from the airport and never left hanging about on returning to the UK - very satisfied and will continue to use Callerton in the future.

Do not use this car park!!!! Our car was dented and scratched whilst in their care. I noticed the damage (had not to!) whilst on their premises and was told to take photographs and email them. Did this and they have not been back in touch a week later! Will not use again. Dreadful

I found this Parking very inexpensive, but great service, with a smile!!! I shall certainly use this place in future, no hanging about to be transferred. I can recommend this highly.

Was only going on a business trip for one day so chose callerton parking as it was the cheapest option rather than paying a fortune at the airport - service was ok for what we paid but don't expect the earth.

Cars brought out for pick-up were left with keys in close to a public road. On arrival in the transfer minibus we were told to just go to our cars and drive away. Would be no problem for someone who knew this to steal a car. However, this is the cheapest facility near Newcastle Airport and the transfer service was about 5 minutes each way.

So efficient, the collection was breath taking. Picked us up within 2 mins of making the call. Our car was ready and parked next to the mini-bus with the boot open to transfer our luggage into. It doesn't get better than this.

Recently used that parking & I wouldn't recommend it. Cars seemed packed in like sardines. The reception area where you left your keys smelt of wet dirty dogs & so did the minibus. You think that you are getting a bargain but I would honestly pay the extra to park somewhere else.

my car was damaged whilst in the care of callerton,we arrived at night to pick the car up and the whole place was very dimly lit,the next morning when i looked around the car i had found it had been hit in the rear,i phone calerton and was spoken to very rudley saying they would not assume any responsibility and basically said that i had done it myself.give these cowboys a wide berth.

The staff at this carpark are amazingly helpful, and the minivan to and from the airport was quick, efficient and a lot less hassle than some other on-airport offerings. The carpark itself, however, seems to share more in common with a farmyard than a carpark. There's old bits of car lying about, trailers and the cars are parked within inches of each other. i feared for my car's safety. They need to place a maximum number of cars on this carpark, and set it about 33% lower than they park there currently!
