as soon as we arrived to depart we were taken to the airport. on our return we were delayed 10 hours, but their transport picked us up as we arrived, took us straight to the car, whichwe drove off immediately with nothing extra to pay. very helpful and friendly service. Bryan Lund

We were politely received and transferred immediately on arrival. On our return , although after midnight, we wetre agaoin treated as before.

Storage very close to airport . Helpful and extremely well run . Informed us in advance of return journey that M1 was closed .

Easy to find, quick to process and delivered to airport on time. Very short wait on our return and pleasant, helpful drivers/receptionist at a good competitive rate.

All round experience was excellent. Transfer on departure was very quick, no queueing at check-in, deposited car keys, and loaded onto transfer bus immediately to transfer to airport terminal. Only downside was the uneven car park surface, which because of the heavy rainfall at the time, was full of puddles all over the transfer area. On return, very short time to wait for transfer coach to Car park, and very helpful driver and my car was ready for onward journey home.

Fast, friendly and faultless. Dropped off my car with a 2 minute turnaround to put me on a mini-bus and shuttle me to the airport, 5 minutes away. On flying back in to the airport I made one phonecall on the number provided, to have someone waiting for me outside the terminal to shuttle me back to my car. The staff had started my car on arrival back at the storage area and I was gone! Recommend to anyone and will use this company every time I fly out from Luton.

My first time reserving parking for Luton and I was relieved to find how easy it was arriving at Car Storage. Staff were polite and helpful and on return,the transfer bus was immediately available at the Airport. I would highly recommend Central Car Storage.

This was the quickest and easiest transfer I have experienced so far and was well worth the extra couple of quid over a more remote but cheaper site.

Transfers were waiting for us at both ends, car was waiting at the entrance once we got back. Very good and would recommend.

Central Car Parking were the best airport parking I have experienced fast transit and pickup and courteous and helpful staff

The transfer mini bus was ready to take us and one other passenger who arrived at the same time to the airport, apparently if there is only one passenger the bus will still leave, no waiting till there is a full bus.We telephoned on arrival back at Luton and by the time we had reached the pick up point just outside the airport the mini bus was ready and waiting. Our car was waiting by the gates when we arrived back. It is almost like having a personal taxi service, will definately use again when travelling from Luton.
